We are only renting for 30 -90 days! We are not a pet friendly rental! Nestled in Estrella Ranch Goodyear, this delightful house boasts 3 bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed. One bathroom is a Jack and Jill and is equipped with a hair dryer, towels and a bathtub/shower for your convenience. The Master Ensuite has a shower and separate soaker tub, double separate sinks, walk in closet and is quite large. With amenities like heating, a washing machine, dryer, AC, iron, and WiFi, guests will feel right at home. The Master bedroom and living room have newer TV and there is an outdoor TV and dining table on the covered rear patio. The backyard boasts a large unheated pool, recliners, sofa and a gas BBQ. The home is lightly used and will only be rented a couple of times per year. It is nestled amidst the Golf Club of Estrella Course in a gated, quiet and secure community. There is minimal street lighting which allows you to enjoy the night sky. In the neighbourhood you will see Quail, Road Runner, Bobcats if your lucky and many birds.
