Great place to lounge, or head under the home for a break from the heat, or on one of the many decks! All.. BIG! AND its heatable. Really big. In the vicinity of 14'x35′ big. Wow! Deck Yup, covered and uncovered. We literally have you covered, when it comes to a deck! And its private to the two sides of our duplex, not shared with anyone else in the area! Heatable too! Added a propane gas pool heater, so YES the pool is heatable to a maximum of 82-84' (the high side of recommended rec pool temps) to take the chill off! This service is by request in advance with a nightly surcharge that varies by season and is per night for length of stay (the 12 month range has been $65-85 depending on season) gas is expensive right now, this does not actually recoup the cost!). Simply request the pool be heated any time after making the reservation and any time up to at least a few days before check in so we can get it on before you arrive. See our FAQ about heatable pools too. The pool is beachside, in the sun, with an expansive deck area around it, PLUS a nice shaded and sheltered area to escape the heat, right under the home. Bring your fishing gear because this unit is across from the state park fishing pier!
