Great Ocean View with NEW Balcony Furniture

Great place. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Nice place to stay in. The walk to the beach is kind of long and not straight. No access to the bay.

Our overall experience was good.With the exception of a couple of things. One in particular, a huge deal.This Condo advertises it sleeps Six. Upon our first night, pulling out the sofa couch. It was broken. My guess had to sleep on the floor because the bed was so horrible. It was not sleepable . The next morning when I reached out to the representative, I got absolutely no help. I did get a response, but it was rather rude. She said the bed was bent and not broken.If you cannot sleep on a bed because it’s bent and it’s so bad then it is broken. We had to go out and purchase 100 air mattress for our guest to sleep on for the rest of the week. It was the lack of concern that was of the upmost rudeness. Her response was that the couch was only a year old and no one else had complained.The next morning when I pulled out a pan to make some eggs, it had a good bit of dried egg. . We washed every dish before we use them. It was disgusting. When I brought that up, she also could have cared less.The condo could have been cleaner. But it was a nice condo with a great view. I personally would never rent this particular condo again for those reasons and dealing with the representative.We loved golf Shores and had a fabulous time.We enjoyed the condo, the view was everything. They said it was, the balcony was a great size. The issues I stated were really the only problem.Thank you.

Condo was nice and a good location. Pictures in the website were misleading as it wasn’t indicated that the we needed to walk across a skywalk to get to the pool/beach.

Condo was small, there was only 1 pull-out bed instead of the 2 thats listed on the ad, and in the living room there's only seating for 4 unless you sit at the dinning table.

We loved the condo. It was clean and met all our needs. It was a great location.

No complaints with our stay at this condo. Enjoyed everything from arrival to departure. It was clean and spacious with a wonderful view. Will definitely rent this condo again without hesitation.

I highly recommend this condo! The owners were very quick to respond and very helpful! Will be staying here again In the future!

Great stay

The unit was very clean and well decorated. I was very please with our short stay. The commincation was great and the owner was responsive to my questions. The pool and view was nice. The complex itself was not as nice as I would have hoped but was fine for a short trip. There is a 20 a day parking fee to be aware of factoring in.

Checking in was so easy ! Pools was very nice and clean !!! Parking was very good.

We had a wonderful stay! Comfortable beds! We were barely there but to sleep but it was magnificent!

This condo is about 1.3 miles from the hangout fest/sand in my boots grounds-an easy walk! The property has access to two pools and the beach access is easy and no need to cross the street with the skywalk. The condo.itself was clean and had everything needed. The washing machine needs small loads only, like a few towels, or things do not spin dry at all. Otherwise everything else was perfect, clean and great location. Kim was wonderful to work with, very responsive and accommodating.

We made a day trip to Gulf Shores. The condo was in a great location, easy access to the beach, wonderful pools. The view from the balcony was amazing. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable and had all the things we needed. Elevator waits were minimal. Would definitely stay again.

As grandparents we always look for places that have great access to the beach & a pool for our grandkids. Our stay had it all. Beautiful view, pools and affordable lodging. We were close to our favorite pla es to eat like Sunliner Diner, Lulu's and even Lambert's want to far away.

We took 3 girls ages 6-14 and they had a ball. 2 outdoor pools (one with LazyRiver) 2 hot tubs and an indoor pool. Clean and host is exceptional.

Always a great stay at Crystal Towers

Clean condo with a convenient location and great communication from the manager. Condo is a little dated.

I have stayed at Crystal Towers 5 times over the past 3 years and love the amenities. Our stay in October was very peaceful. The pools were not overcrowded. Needs walkin shower.

Clean, well equipped, excellent location. Loved having my coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach. The full kitchen was perfect for traveling with kids. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location close to the ocean and all of the gulf shores locations !

Everything was straight forward with booking this condo. The location was great being able to see and hear the beach from the balcony that opens from the living room and the master bedroom. The condo was very comfortable and clean as soon as we got in. Everything was set up exactly the way that anyone would need to have a great couple days, or even weeks, in this condo. As a wheelchair user, I was very impressed by the space of the condo, from both bathrooms to the master bedroom, and also the kitchen. It was an awesome place to stay when doing a beach getaway, and we will definitely book again in the future! -Jack
