It is set just 100 yards away from the water but it sets up on a hill with a partial view of the river in an incredibly relaxing setting. You will have access to a deeded lake lot that has a pier and boat ramp that is shared with a few families in the neighborhood. The pier is about 200 yards around the corner from the cabin.
