Can also be rented as a very affordable 6BR 6BA in the middle of Gulf Shores West Beach. brbrIf you need a really nice smaller home, on a budget, OGP3 is perfect! Most seasons, it is less than the cost of a single hotel room per night, yet located in the middle of West Beach, lagoon side (nice shared dock and pool!), and only a short walk (1/4 mile) to the beach (you walk right next to my Seafoam home!). brbr3BR 3BA. OGP3 is lagoon side, however, it is not lagoon front (like my OGP5 home is). Easy access to the community dock, beach, and pool all right on the lagoon. Nice! And a nice price!brbrLooking for something a little smaller than most of my properties Just as nice though! And at a great price! There's even a small lagoon, sand, beach right by the pool! brbrFishing too from the nice community fishing pier and dock. brbrGULF BEACH ACCESSbrPublic beach access is a 3 minute walk on a quiet road, then across west beach (as a crosswalk), right next to my Seafoam home! There is ALSO a lagoon front beach by our community pool. MORE Yes. You can take the new pedestrian walkway from the road outside our home to the Calloway Bridge (and the public beach there too!). Nice walk along the lagoon! brbrPARKINGbrThere is available onsite parking for at least 4 cars. In fact, you could park more cars than you should be driving for a 10 person place! Inquire if you have special vehicle needs. brbrWIFI/INTERNETbrYES! We have an awesome Eero mesh network to ensure excellent wifi coverage throughout this spacious home. Spotty coverage is always an issue for big places. Sure internet may work next to the router in the living room, but what about the far reaches of the home! That's why we installed a multi-node mesh network. And what's the internet like It is generally solid and ran 250Mb down the last test--sufficient for several simultaneous video conference sessions for remote work and education. Internet is, of course, an amenity and subject to service provider outages (and guests troubleshooting it), especially with the havoc the sand and salt wreak on cabling and facilities, no more so than any other home on the beach though, and likely better since its close in and new construction!brbrSOAPS, TOWELS, COFFEE, ETC ETCbrAs with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also... all our homes have drip coffee makers and most now have Keurigs as well. brbrPETSbrWe do consider well-behaved canine furry friends. This requires owner pre-approval, and is subject to a pet fee (currently $250 per pet). Herein Beautiful bright 6BR beach house, very large, 2700 sq. ft. Best location, overlooking the Gulf direct access to 13th St. beach. Direct ocean views from most rooms, large 30' balconies. Great appointments, large kitchen, granite, stainless, tile throughout. Master king and queen bedrooms have balconies overlooking the gulf. Most beds are memory foam. House has a large, 21'x40' shared pool behind. We also have a splash pad/water park next to the love it . Home has a large, enclosed out door shower, a barbecue grill and picnic table. There are 6 televisions, one big screen in the living area, the others in 5 of the bedrooms. All TVs have Roku and Hulu. Ample parking, you have at least 4 spots and since we are a corner location there is a lot of off street parking Location is perfect, we are just 2 miles from the center of town but away from the hi rises. Just a few steps to the beach. Our beach is enormous, a wide swath of white, crystal sand. Close activities include swimming, boating, surfing, jet ski parasailing, etc. I have a 7 night minimum in summer, typically, 5 nights in spring and fall and 3 in winter, but at times I can be flexible with minimum stay requirements--check with me.
