COZY CONDO ~ Steps away from the beach! Perfect for families and groups!

Great location with beach access and with a pool. Host was quick with response and communication was great. Overall a great stay for Sand in my Boots festival.

Property was excellent. Very well described. We had a wonderful time visiting over the 4th of July. Our kids enjoyed the beach and the pool throughout our stay. Very close to restaurants and other things to do. Condo was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The parking is very tight for larger vehicles, but we were able to find a spot along the fence every night. Would definitely recommend staying at this property. Bring your drinks, snacks, and beach chairs and enjoy this property!

Stayed with our two kids ages 8 and 11. They were stoked about the Queen sized bunk beds. It was nice to have our own space with a private bathroom. Condo was clean, the host made it easy to get in. Only thing that was a slight inconvenience was the parking garage. Spaces were a little tight but that’s largely out of the owners control. It was nice to have a covered space to park. It is only steps away from the beach. Wonderful location with a convenience store across the street. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great time at the condo! Easy check in, room was clean and bright. Beach access very easy, second floor by beach so a very short walk to paradise! If I had to put a negative, parking is tight and room could be update with plugs for tablets/phones on rainy days. But overall, great experience and we will probably return!

The condo is as described in the listing. We appreciated having cable and wi-fi access. The best part about the condo is that it is steps from the beach and the pool. With our group having children, being able to go inside as needed was a necessity. We would definitely stay here again.

We were on our annual Spring Break adventure and looking for somewhere other than a hotel. After searching for over 2 weeks I found this property that fit our budget and needs. It was close to everything we wanted to visit without being in the middle of the “spring break scene” and reasonably priced. This was my 1st time booking with anything other than a hotel and I am pleased. The owner was in constant communication no matter what question I had. That’s a HUGE plus! The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and perfect for any length of stay. I will definitely use them again!
