High speed Wireless internet is available if you have to stay connected to the outside world.brbrTwo additional bedrooms upstairs each have a queen bed, private bath, and sitting area. A fourth large bedroom has a queen and two twins, private bath, and it's own private entrance. brbrLocated on a quiet part of Lake Martin, the gently sloping yard leads to a large dock with ample room for enjoying water sports or just relaxing. Fish from the dock or bring your boat. A public boat ramp is located nearby (1 mi.) and we have more than adequate space to park your boat trailer. A Weber gas grill is available for barbecuing and spend your evenings relaxing around the fire pit. Plenty of onsite parking is also available. Large garage and laundry room.brbrWe are just 15 minutes from Alex City for shopping, 30 minutes from Auburn, (great for football weekends), and 90 minutes from downtown Birmingham. This home is the place to go when you want to escape from your hectic lifestyle and enjoy some peace and quiet with your family. There is plenty of room for entertaining on the large deck or just sitting back, relaxing, and watching beautiful sunsets. brbrWhen walking up to the property you will be immediately greeted with a stunning view! Enter the home into a spacious living room that opens to the kitchen and dining area. Then take a step out into the amazing sunroom overlooking the lake. The sunroom has an additional dining table, a Keurig coffee bar with K-Cups, and two glider chairs where you can sit all day and take in the beautiful surroundings. The master bedroom is located just off the living room with a king bed, lake view, and a bathroom. You will find a baby bed, highchair, playpen, and an extra fold-out twin bed in the closet. The two guest bedrooms, both with queen beds, are on the adjacent side of the living room with a shared bath in between. The playroom/bunk room is next to the kitchen and is ideal for kids of any age. Equipped with a large TV for gaming or movie watching, a foosball table, 2 sets of twin bunks, and some cozy bean bag chairs. Renovated and up-to-date 3 bed and 3 bath home just steps down a gently sloping yard onto a walk board, leads you to the crystal clear water of Lake Martin. A massive oversized pier with 5 loungers gives you plenty of room for laying in the sun or a table for 6 under the gazebo when it’s too hot! Our house gives you plenty of options. On the main level, you will have plenty of room for family in the open great room, kitchen with coffee and wine bar and dining table for 8, seating for 4 at the island gives you lots of options. Down the hall, is a full bathroom, a laundry room, guest bedroom with a queen bed and the primary bedroom with a king bed and private bath at the end of the hall. Down a flight of stairs to the lake level is another bedroom to the right with a king bed and adjacent second living area with your choice of pullout sofa with queen mattress that sleeps 2 or a Murphy Bed with queen bed that sleeps 2. Inside the round metal cocktail table are sheets pillows and blankets for both. A full bath with shower is adjacent and door to lake completes the downstairs space!

As you drive on to the property, you will see that there is ample parking for 4 to 5 vehicles in the driveway, and a quaint front porch that is awaiting your arrival!brbrYou will enter into the main level of the home where you will find a breakfast nook and a well equipped kitchen complete with a small fridge for beverage storage. You can't miss the beautiful view of the lake from the open concept living room area with a large screen TV. The beautiful back deck is located just off the living space where you will find a spot to dine and relax as you take in those awesome Lake Martin sunsets! Also on the main level is the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has an amazing soaking tub and a standing shower and another king w/twin bedroom, both with stunning lake views! The hallway bathroom is located off of the living area that has a tub and shower combo.brbrHeading down the spiral staircase to the basement, you will find a queen bedroom with an ensuite shower bathroom, and an extra queen bed with two twins in the living space.
