Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have previously stayed in this property and unfortunately, it has not been properly maintained. Upon our arrival, the air conditioning on the main level was not operational, and service was not scheduled until the following day, leaving us without air conditioning for nearly 24 hours during which it became quite warm while we prepared meals. Additionally, we encountered evidence of rodents and noticed several insects. I was disappointed that no compensation was offered for these issues. The property requires some basic maintenance, such as repairing holes in the walls, painting, and a thorough cleaning.

Reviewer Comments: A group of 12 married couples from church have been coming to Morning Glory since 2019. The layout and amenities fit our needs perfectly. There are always minor issues that come with renting a house but the staff was very quick and cordial to respond. We utilized the complimentary tickets for deep sea fishing, golf and the dolphin cruise. We frequented a number of restaurants but seemed to enjoy The Oyster House the most. Shopping was also top of the list for many. We had a lot of fun, fellowship and sun.

The property was as described and enough space for everyone. The elevator was perfect for moving the luggage in and out. The beach access was wonderful and absolutely recommend the heated pool. Beds were comfortable and having two ice makers, dishwashers and fridges made life easy. Every room had their own en suite which was very important to our group. The hammocks were nice and the chairs and pool toys were a great bonus. Didn't use the grill but it look suitable for a large group. We had a maintenence issue while we were there and the maintenance staff was at the house within the hour after we contacted management. Really appreciated the quick response! Throughout the booking and leading up to the stay management was also quick to respond inquiries. The group agreed we would rent the place again with no hesitation.

Morning Glory is in a great location, the house was very clean. However we did have some issues with the house one of the bedrooms on floor two didn’t work and was not repaired until the third day of our trip, one of the freezer sections in the fridge was broken and was not able to be repaired . One of the ice makers had an issue but it was repaired . Tracy was very helpful is getting most of the things repaired . We enjoyed the covered space under the house and the covered area by the pool. The weather was great and we had a wonderful week.

Reviewer Comments: I was blessed to take all of my grown children and their families, my young adult grandchildren and their kids about (33 of us only 2 couldn’t make it). We all had individual bedrooms and plenty of common area. There were two of everything in he kitchen. It was a beautiful home where we created wonderful memories. Everyone was talking about when we could vacation here again. The beaches were beautiful and the home was close to everything. The management was great and helped with anything we needed for my son in a wheelchair. I can’t brag about this house enough! Book it, you’ll fall in love like we did!!

This was a great beach house for my large family - me and my husband, 7 adult children + spouses, and lots of grandkids. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Couples were grateful to have their own rooms, with nearby double rooms for the kids. Large gathering areas - living room, upstairs den, multiple porches, dining area - and multiple appliances accommodated our large tribe perfectly. We made one service call the evening we arrived due to the upstairs AC not working; a repairman arrived within minutes and quickly fixed the problem. Direct access to the beach was wonderful, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Already making plans for a return trip next summer!

We celebrated our 60th anniversary here with 23 other family members and this house was just perfect. Everyone had their own space but the living area was great for visiting ,playing games etc. the house is well stocked and well maintained, it exceeded our expectations. Everyone attending said they would love to stay there again. Beautiful property.
