Just a few minutes from grocery stores and fuel and 15 minutes from shopping and major restaurants in Jasper Alabama. Located on a dead end road so it's quiet and cozy. There are asphalt roads all the way to the front door. Gentle sloping lot to the water and boat house with no stairs. Beautiful views of the lake in the common area and it’s a great community. It has a dock to tie your boat up to and fish off of. Located in a no wake zone just off the main body making it a wonderful area for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and relaxing. A paddle boat, tandem kayak and swim mat is provided for your enjoyment. Deer regularly come through the front yard squirrels play in the trees in the back. Furnished with a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the second bedroom. It has all the comforts on home. Secure WIFI and a gas grill are provided. This unit has an obstructed view of the lake. There is a fire pit and chairs overlooking the lake.
