Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year to rent Morning Tide in November. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this house and LOVE working with GSVR! The house is perfect for 8 couples, so much room to spread out or all be together in one area! Lots of bedroom options but wonderful that all face the beach. Any questions/concerns we had while there were taken care of promptly by GSVR. For example, we were technically challenged with the TV's , their tech guy came by immediately and got us all on the right track. Beautiful house, beautiful location!

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Beautiful home, however it was quite embarrassing that we were meeting my daughter’s new family and when two of the guests turned down their beds the sheets were dirty and had hair on them.

Reviewer Comments: Our annual girls' trip of 15 ladies thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful, spacious home, just steps away from the beach. The home had everything we needed and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend and refer our family and friends. If you need a large house to accommodate a large group, this is it!

We stayed at a beautiful spacious house on the western part of the island. It was named Morning Tide. We have had many other vacations over the years. This may have been the best. We had 22 family members with us and loved every minute. The house was perfect for our group and we loved the location. I’m sure we will return!

Reviewer Comments: Very fortunate to find this wonderful house away from congested area.A bathroom for each bedroom ---house easily housed 20.Very responsive management team. We needed 2 card tables. After the call they were there within 30 minutes!One of the D/W didn't work and could not be fixed while we were there.

Reviewer Comments: Several panels of glass in doors were broken as was the handle for the ice maker. They made a temporary repair of the ice maker that worked. The house was clean and ready upon arrival. We were happy with house and have booked for next summer as well.

Fills all our needs with a heated pool, beach access walkway, elevator, bathrooms in each room, and lots of space for fun and games. Being farther out on West Beach it is quiet with no traffic and limited people on the beach. We are already set-up for next year.
