This provides wonderful views of the lagoon and views of the gulf, but might be difficult for those individuals who have trouble climbing stairs. The townhome also has stairs separating the 1st and 2nd floor to the upper bedrooms. One bedroom is down stairs on the same level with the kitchen, dinning room, and kitchen.
