Stayed Aug 1, 2025Property was fine except the beds were really bad. Far too soft and spongey. Location was good in that it was close to our family in Lake City.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Check-in process instructions are clear and easy. Nice deck area in backyard for gathering. The rental area is only on first floor. Second floor belongs to the owner which has private access staircase outside. Bathrooms could use some updates.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025While the house is a bit eclectic, it was comfortable and a good fit for our stay! We especially loved the backyard deck with the firepit—such a nice place to unwind. We appreciated that the host was very responsive when we had a request. All in all, a pleasant stay and a great home base for our trip.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024The property was fine for us and the owner was hospitable and allowed us to have two guests. There was coffee, laundry supplies, toiletries and some snacks left which was a nice touch. The property is in need of some sprucing up and interior painting and the pictures of the bedrooms are not exactly accurate which stated there were pullout couches which were the single wide pieces of foam that are a chair that folds out on the floor. The deck is nice but it overlooks a yard that needs work. There are not a lot of walkable restaurants and shopping places to go and walking to them is through some questionable neighborhoods. If you are looking for an affordable place after a cruise, this should work well though
