First Hill Line of city street car is going through nearby every 10 minutes during day and 18 minutes at night. Uber is also popular choice for new visitors to get around.brbrThere is NO dedicated parking for guest, even many free street parking near by are first come first serve but it is found challenging for visitors to figure out rules free parking sections. Please communicate with host on street parking tips if you do decide to drive your car and look for street parking.brbrThis is ground level unit with living room and bedroom in half basement (actually most windows are above ground level).brbrYou can use the dehumidifier in the unit in case of Seattle raining seasons to reduce moisture since this unit is at the ground level.brbrPlease note laundry room in the building is shared . The unit is equipped with wall space heaters and portable space heaters are also provided as supplement for winters.
