Here, you are a block from the beach - the closest vacation rental to Speelyi beach on Lake Cle Elum at this price. This short distance offers you privacy, quiet and a break from the wind that often whips up in the late afternoons. If you’re looking for a little time with nature, there are some wonderful hikes/walks right out of our cabin, as well as dozens of incredible hikes a short drive away. Biking is also very popular along the many trails and scenic points (it’s short 5 miles to bike to Swiftwater Cellars Winery in Suncadia). The little town of Roslyn is home to shops and restaurants, and is a short 10 minute drive away. This is a wonderful area to experience and enjoy.brbrYour guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 features a wonderful king bed, the other with a new queen size bed, providing a spacious destination for a family or 2 couples. If you feel more adventurous, there are miles of walking trails through fields of wildflowers in the late spring/summer, or x-country skiing/snowshoeing and snowmobiling in the winter (right out your back yard - there is no need to drive anywhere to enjoy pure heaven!). You are also invited to just relax and sit on the deck, or cozy up in front of the fire and watch the snow fall (we call this great room the snow globe - if you are here during a snow storm you will understand why). A gas fireplace on your deck will be your evening retreat with a glass of wine or a cocktail. In the summer, the lake is a beautiful hidden gem, with a wide open beach where you can take morning walks and feel as though you're the only one who knows about your lake, and then later, launch your boat/SUP/wave runners, and enjoy the day both on the sandy beach or just floating in pristine, clean and clear Lake Cle Elum. We have room here for your trailer too (snowmobile or boat).
