Then, walk or ride from the house to the trails, for a day of hiking, mountain biking, motorsports, snowshoeing or snowmobiling. Coal Miners Trail access from neighborhood. Lake Cle Elum is a mere 2 miles away, for SUPs, kayaks, boating, fishing or just soaking in the rays and playing at the beach. Swiftwater Cellars and Suncadia are close and the Northern Exposure town of Roslyn is a mere 2 miles away! Coal Miners Trail accessible from the house for hikes, bikes, ATVs or snowmobiles. Whatever outdoor adventure you choose, return from a busy day to relax and make S’mores while toasting your day’s adventures by the firepit. Watch a movie on the 65” TV downstairs while the kids lounge in the loft with their own 55” TV.

Want to rest and relax We've got you. Stay back and unwind in the cozy great room with a blanket on the leather sectional next to the floor-to-ceiling fireplace. No worries here, as the kids have their own spaces, including not only the TV and abundance of games in the loft, but a new game room with shuffleboard table, pub table, extra refrigerator, foosball, ping-pong, electronic darts and pop-a-shot basketball.

In the summer, guests have full access to the community pool, spa, basketball court, pickle ball court, volleyball court and fitness center (only 100 yards away).

This single-family home features a truly “great” room adjacent to updated kitchen with island that seats four (with power and USB outlets for the tablets and phones). Easily accommodates two families with or without children. Secluded but connected, with superior fiber optic internet connection for those that must work away from home.
