Did you read all of that right Yep. brbrLike to cook The home features a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with two Miele dishwashers, a Wolf double-oven gas range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, a walk-in pantry with an additional full-sized refrigerator, a double-faucet sink, a wine bar off the kitchen for cocktail hour, an ice maker, two wine fridges, and place settings for at least two dozen people. brbrWant to relax and take in the Cascade forest This 8,000 square foot retreat house was built on two large lots that overlook Darrow’s Pond and the 5th hole of The Prospector Golf Course. Four bedrooms feature private decks that take full advantage of the view and provide the perfect place for your morning coffee or that “I’m in-the-office but not really” conference call. brbrNine of the ten bedrooms are en-suite with a private bathroom and a King or Queen size bed – we designed the lay-out so there is not a “bad room” in the entire house. The tenth bedroom, a 6-bed bunk room, is across the hall from a giant bathroom. Two of the three bunk beds have Queen beds on the bottom. brbrIf your kids are too young for the 6-bed bunk room, two of the suites include an extra day bed that are perfect for families with young children and the other suites are big enough to accommodate a blow-up mattress (some could easily fit two). The main great room, kitchen and dining area has a huge table to gather for meals and tv sitting area with beautiful mountain range views. Hot tub and fire pit are just off the lower living room. ATV /snowmobile trails to Peoh Point are located just outside the neighborhood gate. 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms so everyone has space to relax. There’s a Bonus loft that sleeps 4 (age appropriate of course). Just 10 minutes from downtown Cle Elum and 15 minutes from the historic town of Roslyn. This is a quiet family friendly neighborhood. This is not a party house. Noise complaints will be fined up to $700 per infraction by the HOA at any time of the day. Fines will be past on to the guests. There is a noise decibel reader located by the outdoor fire pit to protect guests and the property from noise complaints. It does not record conversations just the decibel volume. For security there are 3 ring cameras located at the property. A doorbell cam at the front door and 2 cameras on the front of the house facing the driveway. These cameras do not record conversations only just video for security.
