Cozy Suncadia Home On 18th Hole with hot tub!!

We enjoyed our stay especially the outdoor patio area. Lucky us we had 2 fawns join us the first morning. I have rented half a dozen properties in Suncadia and one thing that stands out about this property is cluttered with homeowners personal items such as; clothes filling closets leaving no room for renters, food items left on countertops, no room in kitchen for renters to store food items & family pictures everywhere. Also, we had difficulty getting the dishwasher to work properly. Hope this feedback helps with future renters.

At first I thought we would have access to the resort and the resorts amenities due to the communication with owner but it turned out we didn’t which ended up being okay because we found a way to still enjoy the area and surroundings. I should have asked in the beginning if there was pool access and not just “access to the resort” because the owners answer was yes they are on the resort which kind of confused me? BUT my family still had an amazing time and we celebrated my dad turning 72, which was great as well. The only thing I would mention for future reference for the housekeeping team is that the floors were really dirty and the first 10 minutes we were all walking around barefoot and our feet turned black! Also the trash was left full before we got there and some hand towels by the staircase maybe the housekeeping team didn’t have enough time to finish. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in this house. It has everything you need plus more! The lay out of the house was incredible and very cozy! The hot tub, outside toys and games, upstairs bonus room which included toys and games for our grand kids to play with, and big rooms were all incredible. And the beds were very comfortable. The owner was so easy to communicate with. We hope to go back. A perfect place for a family stay!

Beautiful, clean and quiet home. It was a girls weekend for us but if you had family with little kiddos this would be an awesome place. Definitely recommend this home.

The house and surrounding property is perfect. Sits on the 18th at Prospector, but very private at the end of a road. The pictures don’t do it complete justice - the house is large and there is a lot of room for a group or two families. Outside patio is great place to hang - can be under cover out out by the gas fire pit. The owner is great and responded quickly to my questions. Highly recommend.

My siblings and I wanted a space to get away together with our spouses and children. This house was PERFECT! We had SO much room to play and run around inside the house. The toy room was a nice bonus for the kids to have things to play with and not have to bring our toys from home. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with dish ware and a pantry cupboard with most of the spices we needed. There was a game cupboard full of different games we could play together. We didn’t realize how much was stocked in the house - we came over prepared. The access to the golf course was perfect so we could walk a little ways to the course and sled right there on the green. We had such a wonderful time! We would totally stay here again for another Suncadia adventure in the future!!

Super fun getaway from the Seattle area over Christmas weekend. We were able to snowboard and sled on the golf course fairway in the backyard and relax in the hot tub afterwards. Great appliances and a very roomy kitchen made for cozy meals in. Comfortable beds and heated floors completed the total relaxation weekend. We will definitely visit again in the future.

Home is beautiful, clean, well stocked and we appreciated the bottle of wine ! Enjoyed our stay. The only improvement would be communication of check-in process. We were sent a code with no instructions prior to check in on Christmas Eve. Upon arrival on Christmas Day, we found a lock box which did not contact a key. After contacting the owner, we found out the door had an electronic lock (which we were not familiar with how to operate). More information from property manager would have been helpful and avoided frantic call to owner's on Christmas Day.

We had a great family reunion and birthday celebration! Carra was great and answered all of my questions. Open, roomy, clean and comfy. We will be back!
