Nice place to relax after work!

House was very clean, comfortable beds, well maintained and stocked. I would say it's geared more towards older kids (steep hill down to sledding and no toys), but overall it was a wonderful stay in a very clean and comfortable house. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location, with beautiful views out over the golf course, easy walk to the winery and easy in an and out of the resort. Very clean, nice rooms, comfortable beds and all necessary cooking 'tool's available. Thank you!!

Great set up for my family which included 3 grandkids. Room for everyone and nice kitchen space for accomodating feeding a group of 11. Location was convenient to amenities in Suncadia.

I stayed at this home with my bridal party for my wedding weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The space was not only beautiful and clean, but also spacious enough for all of us to relax, get ready, and enjoy the weekend together without ever feeling crowded. The natural light and layout made it ideal for hair, makeup, and all the little moments leading up to the big day. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to everything we needed but still peaceful and private. It truly felt like a retreat in the middle of such a busy and exciting time. We made the best memories here, and I’m so grateful we had this space to share during such a special weekend. Highly recommend to any future bride or group looking for the perfect home base!

We had all of our adult children and grandchildren (11 in all) for a week. The location in Suncadia was great. Easy walk to Batista Park for the kids and a short drive to others. Room for everyone and nice decks to relax on. The host was very responsive prior to our arrival and helpful with all questions.

We loved staying at Prospector Perch! The house comfortably fit a group of 10, we had plenty of room to have meals together and spend time together in between games. The team loved the hang out space and hot tub and the adults loved how well equipped and comfortable the house was. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Beth was the perfect host with the perfect location for our son’s wedding at Swiftwater Cellars. Her extra touches in the home, her outstanding communication and attention to detail completely eased my mind, taking a huge amount of stress off of my plate on such a special weekend. The home was perfect! We needed nothing but our clothes and food. We hosted friends, all the groomsmen and family through the weekend. Being an entertainer, I was thrilled with all of the serving pieces that were available in the home. The downstairs foosball table and game room were perfect to entertain the groom and groomsmen. We will return and look forward to working with Beth again, as she is truly, like working with a friend!
