This newly constructed modern-mountain home in Suncadia Resort is nestled in the trees just off the Rope Rider Golf Course! This luxurious, custom home boasts over 4,200 square feet of living space encompassing 6 bedrooms featuring private baths. The huge outdoor living space features 2 gas fire pits, outdoor dining, and a 6 to 8 person private hot tub. The whole family will enjoy playing shuffleboard and pool in the garage game room! This is a perfect retreat for 5 to 6 couples or multiple families. (Please no pets, thank you!)

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a massive 75” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious outdoor living area equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture, dining table, gas fire pits, and a private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the wooded scenery from the elevated deck!

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts luxury stainless steel appliances, 6-burner cooktop, quartz counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 5. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 10 comfortably.

• Main floor master with a king size bed, 55” smart TV, electric fireplace, and an en-suite bath with a large soaking tub, tile shower, dual sinks, and heated floors.
• Main floor master with a king bed, 50” smart TV, and en-suite bath with a tile shower.
• 2nd floor master with a king bed, 50” smart TV, and en-suite bath with a tile shower.
• 2nd floor master with a king bed, 50” smart TV, and en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.
• 2nd floor bunk room with a full over full bunk with a full trundle, and a twin over twin bunk. This room features a 50 smart TV, private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo and can sleep a total of 8.
• Bonus bedroom above the garage has a queen sleeper sofa with a 6” memory foam mattress. This room features an 85” 8K smart TV, surround sound system, auto black-out shades, private bath with a tile shower, and a wet bar w/beverage fridge.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway.

We all enjoyed the nice game garage and TV area since the weather was a bit wintery.The kitchen has everything you need to cook a big meal. We had our Thanksgiving dinner with 8 people but can easily accommodate more people.

This house is absolutely amazing! We went over to Suncadia for a golf weekend with 15 people and had plenty of space to cook, eat, play, and socialize. It was everything we could have asked for! I'm so appreciative of the hosts and the wonderful place! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anybody in search of a fantastic place to stay!

This was our 5th year on Suncadia property and by far this house was the best when it came to the overall layout and size of rooms, outdoor space, and its location. It was well stocked with all amenities and plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils which is important to us as we cook all our meals. Its location has easy access to biking routes and was close to both parks. The management company was very responsive when I reached out about a couple of maintenance issues. The down side to renting this property is it does not come with pool access. There was plenty of activities to keep us busy but if it would have been hot, then we really would have missed the pool activities. However, the management company is so easy and responsive to work with and provides ongoing communication that I will continue to rent properties from them.

This was the first time we stayed there and we were throughly impressed. We were welcomed to the home with beautiful jazz music and a clean home. The kitchen was fully stocked. We stayed for four nights and did wished we had booked the house for longer. The hosts were kind, communicative, and their customer service was phenomenal. We already determined we will be booking this house for our trip next summer. I highly recommend this home.
