As you approach the property, you will head down the hillside driveway to enter the Illahee Manor Estate, a 5 acre property with five homes on it. Enjoy exploring the 5 acre property full of unique scenery, wildlife, and a small fruit tree orchard. Walk down the hillside path to the waterfront and enjoy a waterfront camp fire or a kayak trip around the calm inlet waters! Two kayaks and one stand-up paddle board provided for guest use. Please be advised the walk down the hill side path to the beach is a 5-minute walk for most. The pathway can be slippery when wet, so anyone with mobility issues should have someone else evaluate the path for them before beginning the walk down. brbrAt the cottage you will be greeted by a beautiful waterfall with a natural stream surrounding the house. Cross over a picturesque bridge to enter the property. Inside the home you will find an open living room, dining room, and kitchen prepared to host your family of up to ten. The house is furnished with modern, comfortable pieces to help you relax. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything your family should need for cooking, and dining table with plenty of seating. The home has been updated and has all the modern touches you need, but still holds its old charm with original brick floors and elegant window fixtures. brbrHead up just a small flight of stairs to the primary bedroom, a den with fold out bed, a second bedroom, and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom holds a King bed, and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. Just off of the primary bedroom holds French doors to an office space with a desk and fold out couch to sleep an additional two guests. Down the hall holds a second bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom features a queen bed and bunk bed with trundle (sleeping a total of six in the room.) All beds have quality name brand mattresses, luxurious linens, and plenty of extra linens, blankets, and pillows. brbrWhether you want to stay local to Bremerton or use the area as a central point to explore, there is so much to do! The house is 5 minutes from Illahee State Park which is a 86 acre waterfront camping park great for exploring expansive trails and beaches. There are plenty of memories to be made in this charming lake-front property with room to explore.brbrThe outdoor space:brThe outdoor space boasts an outdoor kitchen, natural fireplace, natural firepit, and two propane fire tables. The lawn is large enough to play soccer, badminton, and bocce - possibly all at the same time. Just a few feet from the waters edge, wildlife is a constant entertainment with resident bald eagles, deer, ducks, geese, otters, and beavers. On a clear day you can see the Olympic Range beyond the private, uninhabited island in the middle of the lake. This is an active watersports lake. Drop your boat in at the public boat launch and dock it for your stay on our private dock.brbrInside the home:brLiving room w/ vaulted ceiling, floor to ceiling windows, cozy gas fireplace w/ river rock surround. Pool table, poker table, full (unstocked) bar, kids games, and access to the outdoor living space, kitchen, Koi Pond (they are goldfish), and dining (in the Spring/Summer months). brbrThe Master bedroom is on the main floor with en suite (including clawfoot tub and full shower) has a queen bed and a delightful doorway to the outdoors with lake views. The guest bedroom above the master has a queen bed and an even more sunning view of the lake. The guest room above the kitchen is made for family fun. One queen beed and a bunk bed with one extra mattress. All bedrooms have either a balcony or an exit to the outdoors with varying Westward views. The Bayview Rendezvous is a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom home in the Illahee Manor Estate in Bremerton, WA. The home sits down a semi-private driveway that is only shared with other properties within the Estate (5 other homes on property.) Guests have access to explore the full 5 acre property including a pathway leading down to the waterfront with access to boating equipment. Central location for hoping on the ferry to Downtown Seattle, exploring the Hood Canal, Olympic Mountains, & more!brbrThe Bayview Rendezvous is a breathtaking property sitting perched above the Liberty Bay Inlet which sits along side the Bremerton to Seattle Ferry Route. As you approach the property, you will head down the hillside driveway to enter the Illahee Manor Estate, a 5 acre property with five homes on it. The home is situated at the bottom of the hill next to 2 of the other homes on the property. Private parking for 3-4 cars is situated under a designated carport. Enjoy exploring the 5 acre property full of unique scenery, wildlife, and a small fruit tree orchard. Walk down the short hillside path to the waterfront and enjoy a waterfront camp fire or a kayak trip around the calm inlet waters! Two kayaks and one stand-up paddle board provided for guest use. Please be advised the walk down the hill side path to the beach is a 5-minute walk for most. The pathway can be slippery when wet, so anyone with mobility issues should have someone else evaluate the path for them before beginning the walk down. brbrOnce entering the home, you will be greeted by an expansive living room with over 20 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the water, and beautiful touches designed with guests` comfort in mind. Enjoy lounging in the living room with plenty of seating and 50 inch smart TV. (Please note fireplace shown in pictures is not operational and for esthetic purposes only). The kitchen is a fully remodeled and stocked with everything guests should need for general cooking. Beyond the kitchen sits a beautiful sunroom dining room and sitting area where the views can best be enjoyed around the dinner table! The sunroom leads to an exterior deck space with a BBQ. brbrThere are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main level. The first bedroom sleeps 4 and is fitted with a bunk bed with Full size bed on bottom, twin on top, and twin pull-out trundle. The second main floor bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen bed with beautiful views of the water. The main floor bathroom is a full bathroom with tub and shower. Upstairs you will find the expansive primary suite loft sleeping 4 with a King Bed, pull-out couch, 50 inch TV, sitting area, and private full bathroom. Please note the primary bedroom is a `loft` meaning it does not have fully enclosed walls and has limited privacy especially in regards to sound travel. brbrWhether you want to stay local to Bremerton or use the area as a central point to explore, there is so much to do! The house is 5 minutes from Illahee State Park which is a 86 acre waterfront camping park great for exploring expansive trails and beaches. The house is also less than 15 minutes from the Bremerton to Seattle Ferry terminal where passengers can take the quick ferry ride over to Downtown Seattle and explore everything the city has to offer! For those willing to travel 30 mins - hour, the house is a perfect central location to travel to The Hood Canal, Poulsbo, Port Orchard, Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Tahuya Trails, and much more!
