Temple Place 1 & 2 is located in town and is a cozy space to stay while visiting the beautiful Uintah Basin. Whether you're traveling with a large family or as a lone wolf, here to visit the Vernal Temple or for an array of other different activities this is the place for you. Our property borders the gorgeous Vernal Temple, in fact it’s literally in our backyard, which provides a breathtaking view. We're also right next to Main Street, so you'll never be far from the action!
>Temple Place #1 is in the same parking lot as the Vernal Temple and shares an entrance with Smuin Dental and Chiropractor, but is a very quiet environment!
We have a fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker. We have a full bathroom upstairs with a deep soaker tub and a SMALL bathroom with a shower, toilet and small sink downstairs.
ALL BEDROOMS AND MAIN BATHROOM ARE UPSTAIRS SO YOU WILL HAVE TO CLIMB 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS.
Bedroom 1-Queen bed with 40” Roku smart TV.
Bedroom 2- full size bed with 32” Roku smart TV.
Bedroom 3- 1 set of bunk beds and a single twin bed to enjoy!
Fully fenced back yard and grill for your use!

Steps away from the Vernal Utah Temple and the DUP (Daughters of Utah Pioneer) museum. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops (within walking distance to some). Western Park, which is home to the Dinosaur Roundup Rodeo, Uintah County Fair and many more festivities throughout the year is only 0.8 miles away. Let’s not forget the Utah Field House of Natural History State Park Museum which is what Vernal is known for, DINOSAURS!!
We are approximately 15-20 miles away from the Dinosaur National Monument.
One mile from the Vernal Baseball Complex!

We have JB’s restaurant (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and Betty’s Cafe (which serves breakfast and lunch only, (by the way their breakfast is delicious) both within walking distance. Davis is a grocery store within walking distance. Main Street is one block away!! B’s gas station is just a couple blocks away. We’re pretty close to almost everything!

THIS IS A DUPLEX SO YOU MAY HEAR THE OTHER PEOPLE ON THE OTHER SIDE.

Quiet hours are during the hours of 10PM-7AM, out of respect for the neighbors.

    This was our second time staying here and both times we have been impressed with the location. Both times we’ve stayed we’ve gotten in late and it’s felt like going somewhere familiar because the property is set up to feel like a home away from home. This is the vrbo we will always look at first whenever we come to the basin!

    We loved our stay so much our kids didn't want to leave. The home was really comfortable and quiet. It was conveniently central to everything you could need. Plus my kids loved the little play area. We hope to stay there the next time we come back.

    Perfect place for our base of operations as we explored Dinosaur National Monument, Ashley National Forest, and Flaming Gorge. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with information about local activities while we stayed. House was clean, well supplied, and was well zoned with areas for both family activities and alone space. Location great for easy access to town's restaurants and shopping.
