Family-Friendly Utah Home: Deck, Mountain Views!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The views are amazing and the neighborhood is beautiful. The house has an awesome kitchen and nicely updated living room and bathrooms.

Views were amazing, appliances were of high quality, and everything was well stocked. Location was great for trip to Dinosaur.

Facilities were excellent, and views were great. The location was convenient to Dinosaur National Monument. The beds were comfortable.

Centrally located, nice view, comfortable bed in the master. The steps out to the garage need replacing. The distance between the steps are very different and one is actually not level. It's pointing downwards a little.. and no handrails on the stairs going upstairs

We traveled to attend a celebration of life. It was lovely to have enough space for family and friends to gather and share memories.

We had some challenges with steps and stairs as older travelers, but we really enjoyed the peacefulness and view out the main windows.

This property was in a beautiful location. The house was nice, but missing a lot of things that would make it great. There is a big nice stove in kitchen, but old worn out pans. A piano, but asked to not play it, etc.

Way better than expected! Excellent view, more than enough room for our group of 6, we were all very satisfied!

Our stay was short but amazing - the views of the sunrise, sunset and the night sky are beyond compare! The home was very comfortable and spacious, and well stocked with supplies. We loved the quiet community setting, which was so convenient to everything we wanted to see. The owner was very responsive and helpful - we especially loved the binder with fun facts about Utah!

There were a few things I found a little disappointing, like no bathroom products (I don’t think the listing specified that there was but any other place we have stayed has had products in the bathroom(s).) Not a big deal as I normally travel with my own anyways. They advertised washer and dryer with laundry soap but there was only 2 tablets. Had to call and ask for dishwasher soap as well. It was like whoever turned over the house between guests hadn’t checked to make sure everything was replenished. The vacuum cleaner that was there was so full of dust and the swifter mop had no extra cloths so I didn’t get the floor washed as well as I normally would have. Loved the griddle on the stove and used it a couple of times. Someone had even left pancake mix in the cupboard so we could make pancakes! Overall a good experience and I think the items I have mentioned above were exceptions rather than the norm. That is why my rating is still a 4 star.
