Stayed Jul 23, 2025The area is great. The house has great potential, but needs improvements. The windows aren't able to be opened (inconvenient and dangerous), one of the bedroom windows actually has screws into it holding it closed. Hole in the floor and extremely warm in the summer...the a/c can't keep up.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025It was a very peaceful stay. The home was everything we expected. Quaint and welcoming with first floor laundry, newer appliances, comfortable furniture. We loved the rock garden in front. The bathroom was small but we managed. The fenced back yard was great for the dog. All in all, we really enjoyed ourselves. In fact, two of our party are wondering if the house might be for sale any time soon.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a lovely, nicely renovated small cottage. We were traveling thru with our family and dogs and it was a wonderful stay over, both two and fro several days later again on our trip. The owner was fully available and attentive to our needs. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. We made a nice dinner, watched a movie and slept well in very comfortable beds. Everything we needed. The backyard was fenced with grass and lovely landscaping, nice to sit out back. It was enjoyed by all in our party. If passing thru again, I would definitely stay at this little gem.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025The house was cute and cozy. There was a mess up with the cleaning schedule and the house didn’t get cleaned before arrival. I reached out to the property manager and she responded immediately. She did everything she could to make it right. She sent the cleaning lady over asap. Overall it was a very good experience. The house worked out perfect for us. I would definitely book it again.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025We loved the place and the new updates. The only problem were there were long black hairs all over the bathroom and kitchen floor which was kind of gross, but I'm guessing it was just a one time thing. It looks like it's normally well taken care of. It was perfect for our family. We would stay again next time we are in the area.

Stayed Aug 24, 2025Great location near Dinosaur National Monument. We recommend a visit to the park, but we cannot recommend this property. The home has been staged well, but the condition of the home is disappointing in many ways. The AC is insufficient, the windows are sealed shut and molding ( except for bathroom ), the shower grout is molding, and the laundry room is caked with dirt and cobwebs. Most challenging for us was the pet urine odor in the home. We contacted Kylie and, with her permission, removed a urine stained rug to the back yard.Too many negatives for us.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Great little place for a stay in Vernal. Close to dinosaur national monument, right down the road from Main Street so it’s easy to get around town. Loved the backyard for the baby to play.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025The farmhouse was perfect for our July 4th weekend stay! It was very clean, well appointed and even had raspberries in the back yard! Was a little concerned that it did not have air conditioning , but the window unit and fans really did the trick! It was in a perfect location for our activities in Vernal.Would highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025It was a very cute, comfy, and convenient place for us. It had everything we needed. We had breakfast and dinner there 4 out of 5 days and enjoyed the quiet, the backyard, and the grill for our breakfast coffee and evening beer and wine. I had some questions for the owner and Kiley responded immediately! We went to both sides of Dinosaur National Park to hike, up to see the spectacular Flaming Gorge, hiked to the Moonshine Arch and the Dinosaur tracks. Since we’re both big readers and volunteer at our local library, we even walked to see the Vernal Library and tour a bit of the downtown. We enjoyed our time there alot ! Thank you again Kiley!

Stayed Dec 23, 2024Cute house with farmhouse appeal. The bedrooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. Perfect little spot for us to spend the holidays. It is a convenient location close to everything but you still feel away from it all.

Stayed May 27, 2024We spent a three wonderful nights in Vernal exploring the area and always came back to the cozy house in the evening and felt quite relaxed! For a small group of people, the house is well equipped and gives you the feeling of stepping back in time which is exactly the vibe you want in this land of ancient rock formations, dinosaurs and petroglyphs and pictographs. A great place to get to know this area of the fabulous state of Utah!
