Take a step right out the door and enjoy miles of hiking or biking.brbrThis home is also NOT on the perimeter of town thus giving up the convenience of nearby grocery stores, entertainment, dining and sightseeing. The new, gourmet grocery store, Harmon's is less than a mile right out your front door on Pioneer Pkwy to the west. Drug stores and fine dining as well as pizza parlors and fast food are all less than 2 miles away.brbrA few of the mecca of outdoor activities include world class mountain biking with top rated trails like Gooseberry Mesa and the GEM trail which are less than an hour away.
