Stayed Dec 28, 2025We appreciated many aspects of the property, but a few items affected our overall comfort. Several Command hooks in the bathrooms were broken or missing, and the towel bar in the upstairs bathroom fell down each time it was used. A few hand soap dispensers did not function properly. The shuffleboard game did not have sand available, and the crushed red pepper was empty and not refilled. The hot tub was cloudy and not very inviting, even after it was serviced. The backyard pickleball courts lacked privacy and generated noticeable noise. The floors and doors were quite thin, with gaps at the bottom of doors, which allowed sound to travel easily, we could hear normal movement from neighboring units and upstairs activity. The décor felt somewhat dated, and the lack of light-blocking shades in the bedrooms impacted sleep. Overall, while the home has potential, these factors made it unlikely we would choose to stay again.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025This was the perfect house for my entire family to stay in and enjoy our Christmas holiday. There were 18 of us and it was so comfortable. We all had space and plenty of activities to enjoy every minute of the day. We plan to return every year.

Stayed Oct 22, 2025This is an amazing home! The communication with the host was simple and good. We had a great extended family stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are plentiful, comfortable, and convenient. The on-property amenities are great, and the in-resort amenities are also great. We swam in the pools, soaked in the hot tub, sunbathed on the patio, and played pickleball in the park immediately behind the backyard. I went golfing and went to the PGA tournament at Black Desert, which is nearby. We will definitely consider this again for our future vacation plans.

Stayed May 2, 2025Friends trip was such fun. Tons of room! Spent time in hot tub, pool. Pickle ball, air hockey, cooking and hanging out in house and both patios. Great place for everything we required!

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Very clean property with all the amenities. Check in and out was super easy, and Red Rock responded to our communications very quickly. The property is in a quiet/safe neighborhood. Excellent for a large family gathering.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Love all the room in this house. Plenty of bedrooms to make sure everyone has a quiet place to sleep. We enjoyed the close by amenities - sand volleyball, pickleball, two pools and even a Harmon’s close by. This property is close to the pickleball courts - the games begin at sunrise. This is our third stay at Paradise Village and this is our favorite home.

Stayed May 30, 2024We enjoyed our stay at Paintbrush 65. The place was perfect for us. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were very nice and we enjoyed the pool table and movie theater and the pickle ball courts that were right behind the property (that was an added bonus)
