The home was nice and open for all the family to gather for meals and time together.

Great place for a family reunion! Bunk room was great for all the kids. I would note that if you want kids to sleep in parent rooms- they are too small to set up a pack and play or blow up twin mattress unlike other units in Paradise Village. Love the proximity to pools! 2 fridges, hot tub, and fire pit were great!

The house was big enough for our large group. The house was clean at first glance but when we started living there we found it was not clean. We found several cockroaches one in an upstairs bedroom and several in the kitchen. The house needs a good cleaning not just a superficial clean. Nice resort, pools were not crowded.

It was wonderful for our family of 4 children and all their kids. Everyone had a room and plenty of bathrooms. The gathering area and kitchen are spacious. We loved they had 2 long dining tables pushed together that accommodated 14 people or you could separate them for 20 to 22 people. It was clean, in cooler weather the hot tub and fire pit would have been great to use but we were there in summer. Since it was summer our kids loved the water park everyday. The place has pretty much everything you need and some fun outdoor toys in the garage such as bikes, scooters, cornhole, ping pong, spike ball and water toys. What we really lived also was 2 refrigerators/freezers one inside and one in the garage. Red Sands is great to work with and they communicate just what you need to know with clear instructions. They are also quick to respond if you need anything. Our stay went really smooth, we did see we needed more dishwasher pods because one a day was not enough for our big family, we needed 2 a day and they promptly brought over more and some dish cloths. They were always very kind. This place is just a couple of houses down from the waterpark entrance so super convenient. If it works out for us all to come again sometime we will definitely choose to come to this home again.

The home is great and worked for our family. However the beds are so hard, we all had serious back pain.

We had so much fun. The kids had a huge bunk room where they could play and had enough space for all their stuff. The pools were amazing! It was so nice to have enough room in a very nice place!

My family enjoyed our stay. Everything in the home that we needed was supplied.

Our family Thanksgiving get together was great. The house was perfect, plenty of rooms, a lot of space. Loved all the bathrooms. It was clean and well maintained. Thinking of going there again. There was so much to do we couldn't fit it all in.

This home worked perfect our family reunion!

The perfect spot to get together with a large group. There was lots of space to keep everyone comfortable. There’s a fridge in the kitchen and garage and a good supply of kitchen tools to use. There was a crockpot, instant pot, waffle iron and more. It’s nice to be able to cook meals when you have such a large group. We enjoyed the pools, fire pit, hot tub and playground during our stay. The location of the house was great since it was right by the lazy river/water slide pool and the walking/bike path. The management is prompt with responses as well. This was the best rental we have used so far for our family get togethers.

This was a wonderful, spacious property. We loved having bathrooms with each bedroom, giving everyone privacy and their own space. It's perfectly situated by the Water Park/Pools and the kids had so much fun and being able to just walk back & forth was a bonus! Having the running path right behind us was also a plus! We would definitely stay here again! Just a couple of suggestions for improvement (that we don't want posted - because we really love the property - but want to share). Some of the bath towels had a musty odor and should be sanitized. The kitchen/dining room floors need a good mop. The kids feet and baby's knees and feet would get black quickly. We couldn't find any kitchen rags, just towels. A couple of the chairs on the patio need repair. The chairs in the downstairs family room looked a little wobbly. We absolutely loved this beautiful property and any questions I had were immediately answered so this was a very positive stay and I don't want our suggestions to taint that.

This house was great for our family reunion. The large bunk room worked well for all the cousins. The large table in the kitchen has big enough for adults to play games, when kids went to bed. We also enjoyed the water park which was just across the street and the water fall pool. We went to a show at Tuacon that was only 20 minutes away. Fun time.
