Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500.br-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations.brbr9. Mail & Packages: Please contact guest services before shipping any items to the property, as mail access varies by location. The host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivered or lost during your stay. For stays exceeding 15 days, we may require a separate lease agreement or ask that you use a local post office for deliveries.br9. Pest Control: Our properties are professionally treated. Should a pest-related medical issue be reported, guests must provide medical confirmation of the cause. We will then dispatch a third-party inspector to verify findings and determine the appropriate resolution.br10. Lockouts: For doors with key access, contact guest services for lockbox instructions. For all other lockouts, guests are responsible for hiring a locksmith at their own expense. If a member of the host`s team is dispatched to assist, a $75 service fee will be charged.br11. Moving Furniture: Moving furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest.br12. Third-Party Bookings: Booking on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. The person who books must be the person staying. Any exceptions require prior written approval from the host via the booking platform.br13. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00AM each morning. Quiet hours consist of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level out of respect for the neighbors. br14. Missing/Broken Items: Any items missing or broken must be reported to the host. Please leave broken items on the kitchen counter when you leave. Additional charges may apply. br15. Garbage: No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property. A $50 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.br16. Property Maintenance: To keep our homes in top shape, light maintenance or repairs may occur during your stay. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.brbr4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $200 fine. brbr5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not check-out on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road. br- You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.brbr6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it. br- LOST KEY FOB is $150. br- LOST PARKING PASS IS $35.br- If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30.br- Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.brbr7. GUESTS - You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment unless otherwise agreed. Upon request, you must supply a government ID of your guest(s) for complex security.br-- If you want to invite a larger group of guests, contact Grand Road about renting a common area for entertainment and hosting a larger group. We’d love to help.br-All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional overnight guest, please contact us or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them for the platform prices.br-All guests that are not part of the reservation must leave the premises before midnight (12 am). Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest.brbrbr8. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500.br-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Grand Road pursues criminal and civil action as appropriate for egregious violations.brbr9. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. All guests acknowledge that Grand Road does not control the availability of the complex’s amenities and guests are not entitled to refunds or discounts based on availability of amenities.brbr10. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road and apartment maintenance will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.brbr11. Comfy on a quiet cul-de-sac, sleeps 8, e-z access to everything!

This home is a rambler style. You are renting the main floor (the lower floor is also rented on VRBO) Only 3 steps to get in then everything is on one level. There is a great front porch with comfy chairs to enjoy the beautiful mountain view. As you enter there is a spacious living room with comfy furniture, smart TV, a gas fireplace that is available for use From October through March. There is a piano next to a picture window with a view of beautiful Salt Lake Valley. Next is a dining room with a cherry wood hutch complete with special dishes for an extra special dinner (also Christmas dishes; guests are welcome to use). Then you'll enter a spaceous kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas range. The kitchen is stocked with any thing you might need to cook your meals including pots, pans, crock pot, insta-pot, serving bowls, utensils, dinnerware and some kids dishes as well. Provided also is salt, pepper, sugar, flour and some miscellaneous spices and seasonings for your convenience. On the deck you will find a barbeque grill and a table with comfy chairs to enjoy your dinner as you watch the sunset. over the Great Salt Lake. There are 2 bathrooms; family bath has a bathtub/shower, master bath has a shower. For your comfort in sleeping, there are three spacious bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin size bunks. Each room has a chair for your comfort, also hangers or a luggage stand and drawers if you choose to use them. The home has fiber-optic internet capable with a gigabit of streaming speed. There is a small desk in the hallway for a place to use your laptop.
