Two Bedroom Loft * Award Winning Beds * Down Town

CENTRAL TO ALL OF SALT LAKE CITY, DOWNTOWN, U of U, 9TH AND 9TH. HAD A GREAT TIME. THE UNIT WAS CLEAN.

Property was good. The beds were comfy as advertised. Hot tub was still broken, as stated in older reviews. Not much in terms of bells and whistles, but for 3 dudes we were happy with the rental.

We stayed for three nights while visiting our kiddo at U of U. Property was great and exactly as described. Had everything we needed. Easy to get to the U. Close to trax. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. You could easily stay here and not have a rental car. The pool and spa at the complex was great as was the laundry facility.

The hosts were wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Communication was prompt and clear, making our stay stress-free. The stay was comfortable.

We stayed here while moving our daughter to Salt Lake City. It was a perfect location, convenient, safe, and quiet. The communication was clear, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was ideally located and exactly as described. My two daughters and I really enjoyed the place and the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend to other families looking for a clean, safe, and well located property while visiting the Salt Lake area.

First, this listing isn't accurate—this is not a 2 bedroom, it's a one bedroom with another bed bath lofted above the living space. The lower bedroom has french doors as well so you don't really get quiet or privacy within the space.Second, the apartment is both dirty and run down. There are lots of little things—hair in the shower, found someone's fake nail, and old grounds in the coffee pot. Windowsills covered in dirt, so much dust on the popcorn ceiling, etc. We killed a cockroach as well. The entire complex has a grimy feeling. Location is convenient on a busy road close to food options and downtown. Can't really recommend staying here!

Had a nice stay. Beds very comfortable. Refrigerator was very loud though. And the street noise was very loud as well.

I had a little difficulty keeping it cold enough while sleeping, but otherwise excellent, and amazing powder at Brighton! Thank you.

Came to visit our son. Perfect location. Kitchen supplies were basic but fine for our short stay.

Location was perfect to access the University of Utah campus & football stadium. Right across from restaurants & the train station.

We came up to Salt Lake for Hamilton and wanted a place close to the Eccles Theater and downtown Salt Lake, it was great for a quick trip up.

Very roomy but street traffic noise louder than expected

The host was really responsive and helpful, the check in process was quick and easy. We stayed overnight for a concert and we would definitely book again. It was really clean.
