This perfect winter retreat is nestled in an aspen grove on quiet Crescent Road adjoining Park City Mountain Village base. Only 2-3 minutes easy walk (~200 yards) to the end of our road is the edge of CB's run, where you can step into your skis or board and the First Time/3 Kings/Eagle lift base is just a slight downhill (10 seconds) slide away (check out photos for a perspective of how close we are!). In mid-winter, when snow conditions permit, the Silver Star lift base is a ~6-7 minutes walk (600 yards) in the opposite direction, and includes a a ski rental shop and the Silver Star Café, a restaurant open for weekday lunch, weekend brunch, and dinner nightly, with take-out available.brbrIf you're not skiing/boarding at the (walkable) Park City Mountain Village base area, Park City's Canyons Village base is 10 minutes away by car, as is Deer Valley (skiers only, Ikon Pass). Cottonwood Canyon resorts (Snowbird, Alta (skiers only), Brighton, Solitude), which all utilize the Ikon Pass, are each around 50-55 minutes by car. Snowbasin (also Ikon) is just over one hour away by car. brbrOnly minutes ride away is Park City's historic Main Street with its shops, bars and restaurants. Why drive to Main Street and hassle with parking A stop for Park City Transit's free bus system is 4 minutes walk from the condo on Three Kings Drive. Buses run every 15-30 min. from 6:30AM-11PM. Route 2 (Green) loops first to the Park City Mountain Village base, then to the Transit Center at the base of Main Street, continuing on to the Deer Valley base. Route 3 (Blue) is the return route. If walking is your thing, a walk to Main Street is 15-20 minutes. Uber and Lyft both operate in PC. From the condo, the closest grocery stores and liquor store are a close 3 min. drive.brbrOur kitchen has lots of cabinet storage and is well equipped with everything you might have available at home; appliances are all full size and arranged for your convenience with a counter (seats 3) available for casual dining. A large open great room (family, dining and kitchen) makes up the main floor that has windows on three sides facing a beautiful aspen grove. (Check out photos!) The main dining area seats six, and three more can be seated at the counter. Outside facing the aspens, a big open summer deck with a BBQ and a smaller covered deck await.br brThe family room is open and spacious, and includes a large surround soft leather sofa (seats 5-6 adults comfortably) plus two comfy chairs, all with foot stools and all arranged around a cozy natural gas fireplace and 75 inch 4K flat-screen above-mantel Smart TV. Netflix, Prime, Disney+, Hulu, Apple+, Paramount+ (includes Showtime) are available for complementary streaming. Walk straight off the patio and you're in the new Canyons village... with all the restaurants, shops, day spa, bars, etc. you could ask for. There's truly no need to rent a car. Hot tubs are a must, and luckily you have two huge ones to choose from. The pool deck (did we mention the pool is heated year round ) also has fire pits and barbeques at your disposal. If you have kids, they will LOVE the club lounge, with a pool table, foosball, and gaming consoles (pssst, it has free hot chocolate too!!) For all you crazy people who need a work out in between your work out on the slopes, LIFT has a gym for you also ;) brbrbrbrRight next to our condo, one door down, is Ski Butler where you can rent skies and store them overnight. Your boots will be toasty warm and ready for you each day. brbrbrbrLIFT shares a circle driveway with the brand new Pendry. So you can walk right across the way and you'll find the very best day spa, rooftop pool lounge, bar, and several different fine dining options! In the evenings they have fire pits ablaze and pass out free smores. In warm weather they fill the walking street with the sound and vibes of live music!! Listen to it from one of their outdoor lounge area, or from our own patio on the other side of the large lawn. This lawn becomes ski beach in the winter where you can click off your skis and grab some food or drinks.brbrbrbrWith all of Canyons Village right in your own back yard, you even have the option of starting your day by taking the Red Pine Gondola all the way to the top of the mountain.
