In terms of location, there is simply no more convenient location than Sundial Lodge from which to enjoy Park City's 7300 acres of terrain. When you stay at Sundial you are at the very heart and center of the resort plaza. The property adjoins the main Red Pine gondola, houses the resort ski school, ski rentals, and ski shop, and wraps around the forum which is the hub of apres ski activity. No near or close to the lifts as many others promise, Sundial Lodge IS the very heart and center with NO OTHER PROPERTY MORE CONVENIENT to both skiing/boarding and resort plaza amenities including apres ski activities for adults and children alike, restaurants, shops, free concerts and more. Enjoy concerts in spring and summer. Summer enjoys the golf course, ziplines, mountain biking, hiking, and much more (all just out the door).

The property has amenities to deliver the superior experience you are looking for. From the circular entrance with sparkling lights to greet you upon your arrival, to bell service (seasonal) to assist you with your luggage, and the front desk to assist you with your check-in. The property has a year-round heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs (both pool and roof level), relaxing gas fire pits(both pool and roof level), a gym, luxury ski check with boot dryers, complimentary wifi, paid underground parking, and more.

Living area with fireplace, door to balcony, 50-inch flatscreen TV, DVD, internet TV access (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.), dock for your music, seating at both table and bar, and windows looking out at the pool. You'll love the color and feel of the room!

The full kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with everything to enjoy eating with family and friends.

The bedroom features a king bed with a luxury duvet and linens, flatscreen TV.

Moreover, you will enjoy little luxury touches that make a difference --from luxury robes to luxury L'Occitane amenities, to luxury high thread count duvet and linens -- little things that are unique to our unit as we try to go the extra mile and deliver a superior experience.

And as noted, immediately out the door you will find your skiing/boarding (Red Pine Gondola right out the door; heated Orange Bubble Chair just beyond), main resort ski shop and rental (located right in Sundial, ground level with exterior entrance), ski school, restaurants (from the top-rated The Farm to the casual Umbrella Bar to The Bistro at Canyons which features a Kosher menu), etc. In spring and summer free concerts, and the new Canyons golf course.

And while you have the largest ski resort and all that Canyons Village has to offer at your doorstep, if you want to venture beyond (Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, etc.) note that free bus/shuttle stop is conveniently located just a few steps from Sundial.

Rates subject to change while presently $50/night peak winter December 15 - April 15 and during the July 4th Forum Fest period, $25/night other times, with in/out privileges. Effective with stays booked on/after April 10 2026 long term (30 night or longer) stays will be charged for parking but will be extended a 50% discount (eg parking for a 30 night non-peak stay will be $25/night x 30 nights x 50% = $375)

    This is a clean 1 BR unit at Sundial. You can’t beat Sundial for ski in- ski out! The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and make coffee. No grocery staples except salt and pepper. There is not a ton of closet or . Storage space, but all the units are this way. Great communication and parking pass is appreciated. Thank you.

    Updated, clean, and very close to Red Pine Gondola. Would stay there again. Biggest negative was minimal storage space for clothing,etc.

    Super easy location for skiing. Guests not sleeping in the king bed have a choice of pull out sofa or inflatable. Everything in the unit worked easily. No hassles at all. Thanks for that!

    Condo was exactly as pictured. Host was responsive before and during our stay. He even had a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. Very convenient to skiing at the canyons. Lots and lots of snow during our trip! Great skiing.
