Completely remodeled 1 bedroom/1 bath condo in Hidden Creek at Canyons village, located on the main level! Great location with only a 4 minute walk to Cabriolet/open gondola (or Frostwood Lift) by Waldorf Astoria), that takes you to the base of the mountain. During the winter months, there's a few free shuttle services (High Valley Transit, CV Connect, CVMA, Electric Xpress) that can pick you up at the parking lot and transport guests most anywhere within Canyons Resort Village including to the base of the ski lifts. Be sure to download any of the shuttle services apps. This is our first property, and everything is brand new! New king bed with new mattress, new queen memory foam mattress for the sofa sleeper, all new linens, sheets, blankets, etc. Remodel includes new walk-in shower, countertops, sinks, faucets, furniture, you name it! Approx 600 sq ft in size, with large smart TVs in the bedroom and living room, Cable tv, wifi, fireplace, full kitchen with all new appliances, new washer/dryer combo, and ski/snowboard rack. Hot tub is open year round, and pool is open seasonally. with an access code.brPark City has a free shuttle service with pick up locations along Canyons Resort Dr that take you to all the ski resorts, downtown main street, including lots of shopping and dining locations. The Electric Xpress 10 has a free shuttle that takes you to the Red Stone shopping areas, grocery stores, and downtown Main St.br Just over 30 minutes from the SLC International Airport, 6 minutes from Tanger Outlets and restaurants.brThe parking pass must be displayed hanging from your rear view mirror at all times while parked in the parking lot. Reminder, the pass must be returned inside the condo prior to check out or a $100 fee will be assessed for replacement.brPlease note: If you’re planning a stay during the few weeks in the heat of the summer, this condo doesn’t have central A/C. However, there are two tall oscillating fans in the condo that should keep you cool.

Inside, there are 2 private bedrooms with a king bed and ensuite bathroom in the large master and a custom built queen with twin XL bunk in the second bedroom. The living area has a 2 twin XL murphy beds and a great quality queen sofa bed with a new mattress. In total there are beds for 9 people. brThe brand new kitchens offers space to cater in, or fix lunch when you pop in from the slopes, while the large living room has a cozy sofa to gather around the fire as well as a beautiful dining table. Finally, the two dedicated work spaces allow for 'working from home' any time of the year! With all new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, beds, modern lighting etc etc (complete re-model) in a mountain modern style as well as high quality, tasteful linens, this condo is a priceless opportunity for your visit to Park City. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals an easy option and the gas fire makes the living room cozy and inviting after a day in the mountains. With the additional den area upstairs, this split level condo is positively spacious for up to 7 people. Finally, the modern front loading washer and dryer in the unit provide the ultimate convenience that many would refuse to be without. Although a car is not needed for this location, free parking for one vehicle is provided. PLEASE NOTE: GARAGE IS HEIGHT RESTRICTED TO 74. (fits a large SUV without a roof box, but not a van)brbrThe condo is located just across the street from the main Deer Valley parking area, where the free shuttle train runs continuously throughout the day during the ski season. This will take you to and from the base lodge in just a few minutes, should the 300yd walk seem less than appealing. Deer Valley also provides free ski valet, so you can simply leave your skis in the afternoon and collect them in the morning when you are ready to hit the slopes. There is a beautiful lake area across the road from condo and the Deer Valley Cafe, situated 100yds away, is a renowned spot for a casual breakfast, coffee or lunch. brbrPark City's free city bus also stops right in front of the condo building and takes you to Main Street as well as other spots around town, including Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons. This gives you an easy way to enjoy all of the ski resorts at Park City.
