    Great location in relation to ski village and lifts. Property was as described and the host was very responsive. Parking was easy and condo was clean/well stocked except for under furniture, which we noticed when we moved chairs/table to see the TV. Notified host and they plan to address with cleaning crew so unlikely this will be a problem going forward. I would definitely stay here again.

    This 3Kings townhome was everything as advertised! Great place, great location and great service from Skyrun. Of all the property mgrs/owners we texted in our search, Skyrun was the MOST responsive. The place is nicely upgraded and very clean! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities, lots of natural light, and keyless entry made for easy coming and going. Covered parking garage kept the car cool from summer heat. If you’re coming up for 4th of July, you’ll be within a 15min walk of the parade, and you’ll see the Independence Day drone night show right outside the back patio. It’s about a 20min walk to Main Street/restaurants, and very close to hiking/biking trails. Great place for a small family or two couples. We will be back!!

    Great option for a condo at the base. Very convenient and close to the lifts. The walk is a touch uphill so we made it even easier on ourselves and left our skis at the rental shop at the base. Carried our boots over and away we went. There were 3 adults and it worked really well. Well stocked with the right kitchen items, washer/dryer, humidfier, etc. Never found the hot tub which was a bummer. We would consider for the future.

    We had a wonderful stay in this well appointed and lovely ski condo. The location was perfect to the slopes the place was so bright with all the windows! So very much enjoyed and will return!

The unit pictures are accurate and there is plenty of closet space which the pictures don't show. Kitchen well equipped and location is great as you can literally almost ski back to the unit and getting the the lifts is easy too (5min walk). The townhouse would be even better with a bigger TV in the living room and a more powerful fireplace to make it even more cozy. All in all a great place to hit the slopes at park city with great views of the snow covered golf course to boot!
