Park City Powder Pointe B106 puts you in the heart of the action step outside, cross the street, and you're at Park City Mountain Resort Village and the ski slopes. Trade long commutes for a quick stroll to the lifts, then wander just two blocks to grab coffee at Starbucks, pick up groceries, or enjoy après-ski at nearby restaurants and shops. When you're ready for Main Street's galleries, bars, and nightlife, simply walk or hop on the free Park City bus about 50 steps from your door for a carefree ride to just about anywhere in Park City, Deer Valley, and Kimball Junction.

This thoughtfully remodeled mountain escape feels cozy yet tailored, with one bedroom and one bathroom designed for relaxing between adventures. The comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room easily accommodates up to four guests, making it a welcoming home base for a couple's getaway, a small family ski trip, or friends chasing powder days together.

Up the stairs to the 1st floor, you'll step from the condo hallway into the open main living area, where the living room and kitchen blend into one inviting space. It's the kind of layout that encourages slow mornings, easy conversation, and relaxed evenings recapping the day's runs or trails.

Incredible proximity to lifts, short 15 min walk to most bars and restaurants. Living space was very nice. Only issue is the thermostat/heating is really dated and it only blew hot air into the bedroom. Living area was cold while bedroom would be boiling if you leave the door closed. Great place, just needs new thermostat

The people upstairs were SO LOUD past 10pm and as early as 6AM. I reached out to property manager but they said they don’t do that unit but the way they sounded was like “too bad. We don’t care. Call the police”…..I didn’t want to deal with the police because i know that they won’t do anything about the noise ordinance. The property management can call the unit upstairs and enforce quiet hours. It was so loud that we can hear the words of the songs they were playing.

We love the location and the condo…everything was great except for the face the keypad did not work and the bed was so uncomfortable we had to sleep on the pullout.

We enjoyed our stay at powder point. We loved the wood fireplace and we thought the condo was clean and well kept with lots of stocked amenity’s. Location is just about a mile or so away from Main Street so it’s convenient for downtown shopping. 15min or so from Deer Valley. We did have some issues with noise in the condo. The you can hear everything in the rooms around you. All in all… good place to stay for a small group

Beautiful little condo. Nicely re done and excellent location across road from base area and quick walk into town. The only complaints are very short on parking and the mattress was awful and needs replacing. Would definitely stay here again though.
