Our 1500 sq. ft cottage exudes quality comfort, to include a giant 70 4K Smart TV with satellite service, huge dining table that can seat 8 with three more at the breakfast bar, luxury mattresses in every room, tasteful leather and finely upholstered furnishings , and all that you will need to relax and enjoy a memorable time with family and friends. Four bedrooms (3 with walk-in closets) provide plenty of privacy while the open living room and dining area allows for a large gathering. Covered front porch with breathtaking views, the back patio with BBQ and private fenced in backyard will provide you many relaxing options. Our neighborhood is a little gem: it is safe, small, and immaculate. The pool and hot tub are just a 1-2 minute walk away and only serve our neighborhood. It is serviced daily and is family-friendly. We provide clean pool towels for you so you don't have to pack them. There is plenty of parking with a 2-car garage, double driveway, plus parking on the street in front of the house and in a spillover lot at the end of the short block. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need, except the food. We provide all the bathroom supplies you will need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, etc. Laundry equipment and supplies are in the garage. Corona Arch- ~7 miles down the road to Potash on your right. Moderate hike (~2.5 miles RT). Dead Horse Point State Park- in our opinion, some of the most jaw-dropping views in the area. Fiery Furnace- Ranger led hike thru the Fiery Furnace in Arches NP. ~$10/pp and you do have to book in advance. Float Trip on the Colorado River- you can enjoy some incredible scenery on a great canoe float trip (great for almost all ages). You can do a day trip or multi-day trip. Google (Tex's Riverways) to find out more about float trips on the Colorado or Green River. Staying at our townhome at Rim Village Vistas will make for an enjoyable Moab getaway. brbrWilling to discount price for longer stays and will entertain month+ stays. They are not obstructed by other buildings in the complex. The master suite has a 65” SMART HDTV and has direct access to the extra-large patio. Master en-suite includes a large spa-like bathroom. You can enjoy the large steam shower, complete with dual shower heads, body sprays (4 each) and a large rain head. A bench is included to enjoy the steam room feature. The steam shower is equipped with five LED lights that you can change color at the press of a button. br(Colors have a documented effect on our moods.) Enhance your stay with the soothing and revitalizing effect of our steam shower. Also, relax, soothe sore muscles & joints and let stress fade away in your very own sauna with our master bath Sauna Room. Pour water over sauna heater rocks for a traditional Finnish steam sauna.
