Our wonderful 3 bdrm unit has everything you need to enjoy your time in beautiful Moab, Utah. 1600+ sq.ft., 2 car garage, wifi...plenty of room to relax after a wonderful day playing in . Unit is NO smoking, no pets with a max of 6 guests.

Built in Feb. 2008, our townhome is a 3 bedroom (King bed in Master Bdrm), 2.5 bath with a 2-car garage, and has a spacious ~1600 square feet which includes a Wahser & Dryer room in case you need to get some of that Moab red sand out of your clothes. Beautifully decorated and offering all the comforts to make your vacation in Moab relaxing & memorable. Located in picturesque Spanish Valley, just minutes south of Moab. Conveniently located to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Dead Horse Point State Park, golf, incredible mountain biking and much much more.

After enjoying all that Moab has to offer, relax at Rim Village Vistas Townhomes, one of Moab's newest developments. Enjoy grilling out on the BBQ at night, taking a dip in the swimming pool or hot tub in the evening or if you still have some energy, playing tennis or basketball just ~100 yards away. Townhome located at the end of a small cul-de-sac, so perfectly safe for wandering kids.

2026 HOT TUB REMOVAL/CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE
**Hot Tub Constuction. Summer 2026
POOLS WILL BE CLOSED June 7-16th, 2026 due to current hot tub being taken out.
Hot tub will be unavailable from June 7-Labor Day.
From June 7-16th, old hot tub removed and fencing will be put up around where our new hot tub will be put in. construction on new hot tub lasting 8-12 weeks but pool will be open (as we have been told) starting June 17th after the initial tear out and fencing being put up.

Labor Day- hot tub should be completed and return to normal hours along with pool.

While enjoying our unit, we would like to suggest some of our favorite activities outside of Arches & Canyonlands NP in the area: Drive to Potash- this drive located just before the entrance to Arches National Park follows the Colorado River for ~10 miles and is incredibly picturesque. Corona Arch- ~7 miles down the road to Potash on your right. Moderate hike (~2.5 miles RT). Dead Horse Point State Park- in our opinion, some of the most jaw-dropping views in the area. Fiery Furnace- Ranger led hike thru the Fiery Furnace in Arches NP. ~$10/pp and you do have to book in advance. Float Trip on the Colorado River- you can enjoy some incredible scenery on a great canoe float trip (great for almost all ages). You can do a day trip or multi-day trip. Google (Tex's Riverways) to find out more about float trips on the Colorado or Green River. Staying at our townhome at Rim Village Vistas will make for an enjoyable Moab getaway.

Willing to discount price for longer stays and will entertain month+ stays. Looking to rent to guests looking to enjoy all that Moab has to offer and will treat our place as if it was theirs. Please respect our wish for a NO Smoking NO Pet unit.

    We were lucky to book a last-minute short stay at this great property just outside the busy center of Moab. The neighborhood was very quiet and immaculately maintained. The location of the unit is great, conveniently located near the community pool and amenities, which would be perfect for a summer stay. The views from the unit are beautiful. While we were only a party of two, the unit had way more space than we needed – we particularly liked having use of the double garage and the full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was a lovely private patio with a grill, which we took full advantage of, and the electric fireplace was great after spending time outdoors in the chilly November air. We loved the easy access to Arches NP and the quick drive to be at the park for sunrise several days! Communication with the host was excellent with prompt replies to any questions we had.     This is a great location, just outside of Moab to allow you the peace and quiet at night but still be able to get to the city for dinner and activities. Less than 15 minutes from arches and 25 minutes from Canyon land. We were able to do all we wanted to do in the four days that we stayed here. I highly recommend this for families or friends as the location and the setup of the property are great

    This is a wonderful condo. It was very clean, looked just like the pictures and in a great location. It was a great spot after a long day out. The den furniture was really comfortable which is such a bonus. We have stayed in several places throughout our travels and comfortable den furniture has been our biggest complaint. All of the furniture was clean and comfortable to sit on. We also really liked the information about the area left by the owners. It was very helpful in us making plans for the limited time we had available. The enclosed garage was a great bonus.We would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend to anyone asking.

    We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect for us because it was a few miles out of town and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Spacious and well appointed we wanted for nothing. The host was quick to respond to any inquiry we made so there was never any time wasted waiting to hear something. Great place, location, and host.     Stayed here for a multi day mountain biking trip with friends. Property is nice and clean and the location is good - just a short drive to Moab. The garage comes in handy for bike work, and the place is right across from the pool and hot tub! Views from the living room are outstanding as well - looking forward to the next time!
