I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice spot for a group of 6 ladies for a girls trip. Unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working condition and the kitchen was very well equipped. The living space was a nice communal layout for socializing. Would recommend a coffee table for the living room though. Location is a bit long to walk to the main part of town, but it is a very quick drive.

Everything was nice and clean, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels. The dishwasher was not working, but the management kept us informed as to when it would be fixed. All in all the place was great would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The place was super clean and very well maintained. The location is convenient to get to all the necessary places in Moab. All of downtown is right down the road. We ended up riding our mountain bikes right out of the garage and directly to the trails. Ken was very responsive and a gracious host. Highly recommend!
