    We enjoyed the hot tub, BBQ grill, and bikes very much. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft and abundant. The decor was lovely. The kitchen had great appliances and dishes, making it easy to dine in and feel right at home. The staff was responsive to our needs as well. Would stay again.

    Great house in a nice location! We spend a week there working during the mornings and biking in the afternoons. I would highly recommend this house when staying in Moab. They even offered cruiser bikes in the garage which we used to bike around town and easily access restaurants.

    We so enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and so comfortable!The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever stayed in. They had everything we needed plus more. The property managers were fantastic to work with. If I was a snowbird, I would want to spend my winters at this place!

    I really enjoyed staying at this property. The host was extremely thoughtful. The check-in / check-out process was smooth, the communication with the manager was easy, and you just feel really taken care of. The house itself was as described, a great place to relax after a day of wandering the wilderness. The only thing I can find to mention is that the walls are a bit thin, you could hear when the people on the other side of the house got up - not a huge deal overall. This particular property is right next to the pool, which was a big deal for my kids who really enjoyed swimming in it. Overall really happy with our time here, I would love to stay again next time I am in Moab.

    Location of the rental was perfect, in the middle of Moab, but felt secluded. Hot tub was clean and in order. The grill was clean and ready to cook on. The house was nicely furnished with everything we needed. We were able to park three full-size trucks and a trailer. The double garage was awesome.

    This was our first visit to Moab and this property was the perfect choice for us to do and see everything we wanted. We loved the location as we could walk to the restaurants and shops and easily drive to Arches, Canyonland and other area attractions. We loved the quiet location and took full advantage of the outdoor patio and hot tub each evening. We stayed three nights before heading to Kanab, but wish we could have stayed longer. Two thumbs up!!

    This was such a clean, spacious home. There were so many great details/ additions: fold out mattresses for kids, extra blankets, plenty of paper towels and dish soap, bikes, a hot tub! It was really nice for our family. Would definitely stay again when we hopefully return to Moab! Definitely a 5-star property.

    If we had our own condo in Moab, set up just the way we'd like, it would be Cottonwoods 477. Our family of 4 stayed for a hot week of mtn. biking and hiking, and this made a perfect home base for us A/C was cold (required for Moab in July, when it's over 100F most days), garage perfect for storing our bikes/gear, beds and furnishings comfortable, and centrally located for either biking or driving across town. We didn't need our typical 'go box' we bring along for vacation rentals, as everything was stocked in the kitchen. I can't think of anything we'd change - the unit was the best we've stayed at in Moab and probably anywhere.

    Probably the best stocked vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. From bikes in the garage, snacks on the welcome plate, all the appliances, hot tub, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, detergent, smart TVs, ample extra towels, blankets and pillows, folding chairs to sit in garage after a day of riding etc… Location was great, service was wonderful. No complaints, would definitely stay at this house again.
