Beautiful townhome with stunning views, two master suites, sleeps 6

Clean, very close to attractions

Lovely townhome, comfortable, spacious, well stocked. We were lacking for nothing.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants, groceries and good place to stay while we visited Arches. I really liked that there was coffee, coffee filters and regular coffee pot too. Would definitely stay again

The property was in a good location and was pleasant. The TV cable and smart features did not work and the owner/manager did not respond to our satisfaction. We booked this property so family could watch basketball tournament and world baseball tournament at night after hiking. There was no service attempt or communication of any resolution. I would be concerned about any issue the property could have, such as broken air conditioning for example, as a result. Overall we had a great stay in the area but the evenings were met with irritation about the lack of TV availability. Ironically one of the group owns a rental property and was dealing with issues with her property the entire trip. Was quite a contrast in management.

The property was just perfect for our visit to Arches. Very comfortable and the owner's own artwork throughout the space was a real treat!

Nice to have laundry right there. Pool area looked nice but didn't use it. Plenty of supplies to make the stay very comfortable.

Fantastic location and amazing property. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the property, loved hanging by the pool and using the hot tub, and stargazing at night on the back patio. The rooms were comfortable and the living room was nice and cozy. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Plenty of parking space and everything was nice and clean and organized.

Great place to stay near Arches, Canyonlands, Dead horse point and UtahRaptor parks. Plenty of space to spread out.

It was a wonderful place and would recommend it. Nice area and away from the noise of the downtown area.

Rim Village is a great location for any Moab adventure. We’ve stayed at other units in this community and this was by far was the worst one. Blind downstairs doesn’t work so we were unable to pull it up to see the view of the La Sal Mountains. Ice maker didn’t work, windows in upstairs bedrooms do not close all the way, king bed has a dip in it, and carpets upstairs need to be replaced. Overall this unit could use a little attention and a deep clean.

Very clean. The only thing that would have been helpful is if there had been a printed check out process. We did not know what needed to be done.

Nice location near Moab. Enjoyed the hot tub nightly.

Everything was great! Lovely place. I texted easily back and forth with the hostess.

Communication with the host was wonderful, living quarters were clean, close to national parks.

Property was good. However the furniture especially the carpet was in poor condition. The living room furniture looked worn out and needs to be replaced and the carpet definitely needs replacement. I wish they would have proper body soap shampoo and conditioner. It would be simple convenient to have those large bottles affixed to the shower and basin areas. Ice maker in the fridge was not working. Air conditioner thermostat would drop to 68 deg at night freezing me off dispute the fact that I would set it to 72 before going to sleep. It was one of those Google thermostats and I am not sure what it was doing. In general hoke was ok I wish the above small things would have been better.

Great location and condo. We would definitely stay again.

Good size and very clean. Just close enough to downtown yet far enough away to be quiet. Decorated nicely and had plenty of necessities to cook meals if we wanted to. Beds were comfy.

We had a wonderful time at the townhouse. It was very spacious and relatively close to parks that we were exploring. I would say the only down fall for this place is the carpet on the steps needed replaced. It was very worn. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Quiet, comfortable and clean. Only about a 5-minute straight shot into Moab where you will find everything you need! Also, close to things you may want to do and see. We spent time relaxing at the pool, as well.

Very nice, well equipped property in residential area a few miles out of Torrey; convenient to Arches & Canyonlands NP’s

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The property was convenient for both of these parks.The property was as described and pictured. Loved having the 2 bedrooms and separate bathrooms for both and having the convenience of the washer and dryer right there was wonderful! Communication with the owner was easy with quick response. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to friends.

One of our group taught water painting classes for the week. She had recently broken a leg. Facility was new, everything worked and furnishings more than met our needs. We had some trouble getting the door open until we figured out we were at the wrong unit.

Such an easy and enjoyable stay! Just a few miles drive from Moab, we used this stay to reach Arches and Canyonlands. It was great to come back to this simple, comfortable landing pad. It had all the basics, and was well cared fo. Bedrooms are a little smaller than they appear in the photo, but still have plenty of room. I enjoyed the lovely art, too.

Great location. Could have been cleaner. Sticky surfaces, full trash cans from previous people. Easy check in. Poor quality bedding. Nice complex with pool and hot tub. Would stay in same complex but would chose a different unit.

We were in Moab for a 3 day trail race and to check out the nearby national parks. This location was great to pop into downtown Moab for dinner, drinks and a little shopping. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

We were there for the parks. This place was perfect for allowing us to do just that.

This property was the perfect size and location for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the twin master suites made our stay ideal.

This unit was perfect for our needs! Loved the extra touches of a small cooler and ice pack for day outings. And the Brita in the refrig! The nearby pool and hot tub were a wonderful welcome at the end of a dry, dusty day in Arches and Canyonlands. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy access to town of Moab! Quiet neighborhood! Everything needed to use the kitchen was there! Comfortable beds! Loved washing and drying clothes before taking off for home!
