It is a short drive of 7 miles to the center of Moab for restaurants, shops, spas, bookstores, musical events, and city parks. Arches National Park is 12 miles. Head south and there are countless other options to explore like the Hole in the Rock and Wilson arch. The queen bunk bed will assure everyone has a comfy place to sleep.

After a hard day of playing and exploring, You'll enjoy amenities like cable TV, Netflix streaming, free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, well-appointed kitchen, and a patio.

Things to Know
Please note: This home is located next to Highway 191. There is a large sound wall but you may still hear highway traffic noise. This highway is a two-lane highway and posted at 65 MPH. If you are a very light sleeper or this traffic noise may bother you, you may want to consider staying somewhere else.
This home is beautiful and has ample parking for large vehicles and trailers.
The internet/wifi is slow and spotty in the area. If you plan to work remotely you may experience poor internet service.

    We enjoyed our stay at the home. It was as described, which allow our family of three to settle in nicely. The open concept allowed us to move about comfortably and not feel cramped in any way. Yes, it is close to the highway however, the windows and home itself were insulted well enough that any noise didnt interfere wiith our relaxation, nor our sleep at night.

    My sister and I stayed here for our spring weekend vacation and we loved it. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty when connecting with the tv, but other than that it was a fantastic stay in a beautiful location. Check-in and out was easy and we didn't run into any issues.

    The beds were great and plenty of space for our family of 6. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with supplies we needed. I already read about the road noise in other reviews so came prepared with plenty of white noise. The wifi was really bad and unavailable most of our stay, and almost no service with Verizon network. All in all it was a nice comfortable place to stay and we enjoyed it.

    I would stay again. Clean, lots of parking, lots of towels, great kitchen, comfortable furniture, amazing views of Cliffs and LaSal Mountains.

    Great place to stay. Just a few minutes from Moab and easy to park the trailer nearby in overflow lot. Unit was clean clean and well kept.

    At first glance, place looks nice until you can’t see out the windows because they are so dirty. Glass on all the tables with filthy. Towels are so rough I could get better quality at a Super 8. No blinds on the slider and large window by front door. Fell so exposed and unsafe. RIGHT on the main road and so so loud. Good thing I had ear plugs for sleeping. Amenities in the kitchen were horrible. Internet service was non-existent. Management company were nice but just “lip service”. Never fixed any of the issues. Swear i heard a mouse in the kitchen one night. So many places to stay. Don’t stay here.

    While a little hard to find (maps sent us a little too far), this place was the perfect, cozy little space of tranquility that my friends and I needed to relax. The process was quick, easy, and convenient (booking, check-in, check-out). Everything was great!

    This house was nicely furnished and mostly clean, however I would never stay here again. First there was a mouse in the house that ran under the stove and mouse droppings in the kitchen, master bedroom and master bathroom. Secondly this is right on the intestate and it is SOOOO loud. You also have the lights from the passing vehicles constantly shinning in through the blinds making the room light up all through the night. There are lots of places to stay in and around Moab, I would not waste my money staying here ever again.

    Overall, we enjoyed our stay. RimView 1 was convenient to Moab and our recreation destinations: Arches and Canyonlands. Beds were comfortable and, overall, the unit was clean. However, this unit needs some general maintenance. Kitchen had some burned out light bulbs, coffee maker needs to be replaced or more thoroughly cleaned. Water has significant lime deposits which leaves a white film on the dishes, silverware and dishwasher. Kitchen area was a nice size and was adequately stocked for cooking basic meals. Notified property management of some of the issues and they apologized and said they will take care of the maintenance issues.
