Picturesque family retreat. 9 bedrooms, 3 gathering rooms, game room, deck.

The host was very welcoming, and the house was perfect for our grandchildren, ages 1-12, and their parents!

The house is an absolute gem, especially for a large group with kids. There are so many spaces for the kids to run around and use their imaginations without bothering the adults. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and even had more amenities than we could have ever imagined. It’s conveniently located near multiple skiing resorts, so we could easily go skiing whenever we wanted. Overall, our guests and I had a fantastic time, even though the snow wasn’t ideal. The beautiful house made up for it!

We had the most fabulous time in this amazing home gathering our 4 grown children and their families from Missouri to Maui. It could not have been more perfect for our group. There was room for everybody to have private space and room to gather. The kids spent most of the time downstairs in the game and theater rooms, while the adults talked about family memories growing up, played games and laughed until our sides ached. I can't say enough about this home. The beds were all so comfortable, everything was decorated beautifully, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the views on every level are spectacular. We loved sitting out on the back patio with its gorgeous view of Pineview Reservoir. The kids especially loved making s'mores on the electric fireplace on the downstairs patio. We definitely hope to come back again.

The house was huge and there was so much room for our entire family to move around and enjoy. the game room was fun and the movie room was an extra bonus. Everything we needed was providedLove the deck, the barbecue, and the flat grill. The owner was so kind and helpful. The only suggestion we could make would be that the house be a little bit cleaner thank you so much Lynette for all you did to make our stay so much fun.

Love this property!

I will miss the views off the deck of this house for morning coffee and evening wind down. Breathtaking! The house was so comfortable and provided everything we needed - even laundry detergent though we had brought our own- and more. We gathered as an extended family reunion and every age lived the house from the game room, movie room, largest table ever to seat all of us and even a toy room. Everyone in the house commented the beds were so comfortable! The community pool felt so nice as well and was an easy walk from the house. The host is indeed- so accommodating, kind and helpful. Plenty of hikes within 30 minutes of the house and the town of Eden has a great grocery store and cute coffee shops. We loved our time here!

Our group of nine middle aged fellas from Atlanta loved this house. Conveniently located and so much space. Hope to return.

Rented to accommodate a group of friends during ski trip. The house was spacious and accommodating. It was very clean. It was convenient to both Nordic and powder Mountain. The view from the back porch was amazing. Thanks for having us.

This location was great close to powder Mountain. We had a handful of teenagers and young adults with us for Christmas. Plenty of room beds were very comfortable.

Great home, great people

This house was a great place for our reunion. It accomodated our group of 5 families very comfortably. The house has a great view of Pineview Reservoir, and lots of fun amenities like corn hole, ping pong, air hockey, billiards, and a theater room. Kitchen is well stocked with spices and shared items from previous guests which makes cooking meals much more convenient with less worry about forgetting something essential like salt, pepper or cooking oil. Communication with the owner was good throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again for another big group trip.

Lynette was so easy and great to work with. We had such a great time and everything was perfect. The house was just what we needed. It has plenty of room and space. The 3 floors were so nice so everyone had space to sleep, relax and do everything else we wanted to do. The pool and gym were amazing!
