Our home has easy access from the main road, no carrying your luggage through walkways or in a snow mobile. Walk or take the shuttle down to Sundown, Timberline or Hidden Lake lifts. Either way there are no lockers, no buses, and no parking spots to fight for. Enjoy the groomed trails, which are not overcrowded or the fresh powder of the back country. Powder Mountain was voted #1 in snow by Ski Magazine's readers in 2005. If you want to hit more than one resort while in Utah, Snow Basin is 30 min. away, renowned for its verticals and home of the 2002 men’s Olympic downhill. br brWe’ve built a dream log home, hand crafted inside and out of huge lodge pole pine logs. Inside we have made comfort and beauty our prerogative. After a great day of skiing, curl up with a book in front of the fire and enjoy the panoramic mountain view of the sunset, sky and ski slopes through the vast windows from the great room and master loft suite. Relax in the hot tub under the stars and sometimes catch the moon rise. At night, enjoy the view of the resort’s night skiing, a favorite with locals and visitors alike. The basement has a mudroom equipped with a washer and drier and a boot drier to make sure everything is ready for the next days run. The house includes a basement great room, pool and ping pong tables, private hot tub, small workout room, private office, and 300MPS Internet!!!brbrbrbrThe Space:brbrRecently renovated mountain house features the best of everything. All bathrooms were renovated in 2023. All new kitchen appliances. brbrbrbrFrom the front entry, you are welcomed to a short entry foyer with a queen bed guest room with a full bath on the right. On the left is the office (with printer, screen, etc.), the laundry room and pantry, the powder room, and the stairs down to the first floor. Straight ahead is the upper great room including the renovated kitchen, cozy fireplace, and eating areas. One of the king bed master suites comes directly off of this great room. There is also a deck with outside seating and gas grill.brbrbrbrThe first floor includes a huge family room with couch seating for 10+ people and a 75-inch TV. The pool table and ping pong table are ready for you, and the hot tub sits just outside. Off of this entertainment room sits a small workout room and a full bathroom. Down the hall is access to both bunk rooms (each with two sets of bunk beds), and a second king bed full suite. brbrbrbrThe garage provides a great storage for skis and poles to dry off. The garage fits 2 cars very tightly with some equipment reconfiguration, or one very easily (I consider it a 1.5 car garage.) There is room for 4 additional cars in the driveway, and additional temporary parking is available roughly 100 yards away. There is an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage to handle the food that a large group needs. We also increased the water pressure throughout the house so you can take a real shower!! brbrbrbrExtra linens, super soft towels, board games, puzzles, and streaming TV provide endless entertainment. We bought this house so that we could enjoy family vacations with our large family.brbrThis 4700 square foot home sits on a half acre of property. It is up on a hill and has amazing views of the surrounding mountains and lake. At night there is a clear view of the lights on the ski slope at Wolf Mountain.brbrThis is ideal for large group gatherings or family reunions. . There are plenty of games and a huge play room downstairs. The games include ping pong/table tennis, air hockey, foosball table, and a Nintendo Wii game system.brbrThe Huge deck with a barbecue has great views of the surrounding mountains.brbrThis house was furnished with very nice leather and ultra suede couches, plush thick carpet, granite counter tops throughout (we furnished the house for our use, and then afterward decided to rent it).
