Location! brbrThis 2bdr 2ba ski condo is on the ski run corner and the 1st floor so it is in the absolute best spot for ski (or ride) in and out to the giant steps ski lodge (and access to chairs 2 and 3). brbrYou can watch the riders in the tubing park through the corner windows in the warmth of the cozy living room. Enclosed parking is directly below the unit. There is a shared jacuzzi hot tub and sauna at the club house between buildings 1 and 2 that also has a game room.brbrThere is covered parking in the enclosed garage that is under the condo (note: 80 max vehicle height), and limited outdoor parking at the end of the buildingbrbrTubing area and snow play area is just outside the door, with lighted night skiing on chair 3 and in the tubing park on weekend and holiday nights. br brThis corner unit has additional balcony and window space compared to all interior units. Unit is fully equipped for cooking and has cable tv in both bedrooms, as well as in the living room. brbrThe ski resort's Giant Steps day lodge now features live music on many Friday and Saturday nights and you can easily walk there. brbrThis unit is very comfortable and convenient for families. It may not be as fancy as some units, but it is clean and cozy. Living room also has a blue tooth sound system that is connected to the tv for improved sound. The couch has dual recliners, there is a Lazy Boy rocker/recliner, and an over sized love seat.brbr Please, no smoking or pets in the unit. brbrNOTE: This condo DOES NOT have reliable internet access. There is wifi available in the clubhouse between buildings 1 and 2. There is a T-Mobile cellular hotspot but it has a 50 GB data limit each month. brbrBut if you need dedicated wifi internet access in the condo, this is not the unit that you should rent. brHowever, there is reliable cell phone service from the major providers if you have your own hotspot service on your cell phone. brbrThere is a DVD player with some DVD titles, and the TV is capable of streaming content if you bring a hotspot to connect to it. We wanted to have a luxury unit for ourselves, so we went down to the studs in this unit and replaced everything with high quality materials. We recognize that we are charging a bit more than the other rental units in Giant Steps, but we believe you will recognize the value when you choose to stay in our family condo. brbrThe Giant Steps property was built in 1985 and many of the units for rent are nearly the same as they were 30 years ago. We wanted a place that was modern and comfortable. brbrThis unit features stainless appliances, granite counter tops, 55' & 40' Samsung Smart TVs, WIFI, upgraded showers (we removed the shower tub and built an over-sized shower in the master bathroom), new memory foam queen mattress with new bedroom set in the master bedroom, new kitchen table, and new front room furniture. All new dishes, pans, small appliances, etc. All bathroom and bedroom linens are new.brbrThis units sleeps 8. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom. There is full bed and two singles in the guest room. The front room couches pulls out to a queen sleeper. brbrAs you walk out the door of this Giant Steps building, you are on the ski slope. This is truly a ski in and ski out condo. This unit is also unique as it has beautiful pine and aspens right behind the back patio.
