This renovation was completed in 2015 . This unit is the premier unit in Giant Steps that is available for guest rental. We wanted to have a luxury unit for ourselves, so we went down to the studs in this unit and replaced everything with high quality materials. We recognize that we are charging a bit more than the other rental units in Giant Steps, but we believe you will recognize the value when you choose to stay in our family condo.

Stayed Mar 2, 2025We really enjoyed our first ski trip in Brian Head. We found these accommodations to be warm, cozy and clean for four adults. My husband and two college age sons agree, not to mention the ski in, ski out was perfect for us. And we all appreciated the kitchen size, supplies and appliances. Two to theee of us easily moved around the kitchen and it had everything we needed.

Stayed Feb 11, 2025This ski in and out unit was just what we were hoping for this trip! Everything in the unit was all in working order and very pleasant, especially with the fireplace. We also got great use of the grill out back. Wish our trip could’ve been longer as the snow was so fun!! Brian Head is a true gem!
