Stayed Sep 30, 2025Great condo for exploring the area.The area was very quiet when we were there (9/30-10/3). Perfect time for fall colors in Brianhead, Cedar Breaks, Dixie National Forest and every drive in the area. Condo was cosy and had a fully stocked kitchen with everything and more than you could want (we tend to stay in and cook). Everything worked well in the condo and there were great instructions to help out. Only challenge we had was finding it the first day. Driveway is gravel and just beyond the final building in the complex. Garage was handy (requires you to get out push the button to gain access and exit). Also, the stairs are steep and lots of them so I recommend unloading in front of the condos first). Owners were very responsive and reached out to us first to see how it was going which we appreciated. Highly recommend and would come back here. We used this as a base to explore Bryce and Red Canyon (it’s just over an hour to Bryce)

Stayed Mar 6, 2025There is plenty of space. Kitchen has everything you need. Well stocked with toilet paper and toiletries. Comfy beds with clean and soft linens. Fluffy towels. They even sell firewood on property. Walking distance to 2 lifts. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 26, 2024We had a fantastic stay in Brian Head and the VRBO was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. We did not spend much time indoors over the weekend that we were there, but having two bathrooms was great after a long day outside. Thank you very much!

Stayed Jul 8, 2024The condo is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. We loved the extensive cooking equipment in the kitchen and the built in recliner in the living room couch. Our only suggestions would be to provide directions on how to use the TV and the location of the DVD player. It took about a day and half to learn what streaming services could be used from Jeff and we didn't discover the DVD player until the day we left.
