The “Sunrise Deck” and “Sunset Deck” provide the perfect spot to recline with a cold drink in hand and feel the ocean breeze. There is also nice patio where you can grill and relax. It has picnic table and a hammock, which is very easy to set up and enjoy. And when you're ready to head to the beach, it's just a quick 3-minute walk!brbrThis two-units home can comfortably host a big family of 8-10 people, or two families of 4-5 people. This is a motel style, bottom floor apartment. It has one queen bedroom, and one bathroom with a stand-up shower. Bath towels, toilet paper, shampoo set, and hand soap are provided. brbrKitchen with coffee pot, dishes, and utensils provided. There is a smart TV with fire stick in the living room and Wi-Fi throughout the entire property. The bedroom and the living room have a window unit with AC, fan, and heating.brbrBench outside of the unit for your use. Outdoor area with picnic tables, and charcoal grills. Please bring your own charcoal and grilling utensils if you intend to use the grill. Neat, clean, safe, and affordable place to stay less than a block from the beach.brbr*The Village of Surfside has always had issues with its water. It has a bit of an off color, odor and flavor. We have installed a filtration system to help with this and the water is safe for use, but it doesn't fully remove these issues.
