Stayed Apr 7, 2023Room was nice. They are still working on renovations on the property so you can hear them working until around 10 pm. Room was very nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 15, 2025Had a great stay at The Mark. Nice surprise with the dog run. Fur babies enjoyed that. The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. Short walk to the beach or if you get a permit, can drive on the beach. Surfside beach is always great. I only live an hour away so I get to visit often, but it was nice to be able to spend a few days just relaxing and soaking up the sun whenever I felt like it. You won't be disappointed with any of the apartments.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Nice place, clean, convenient to beach. Easy and good communication with host. Only suggestion is bring your own cooking and drinking water. Local water is disgusting.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024This little space has been updated so it’s very nice, it’s small so if it’s just a couple or a single person then it’s perfect; however, I feel that 3 people would be too crowded. The host communicated well, check-in was smooth and simple and the entire unit was clean!

Stayed Aug 16, 2024The Mark is exactly as advertised and just what we were looking for for our beach weekend getaway. Very comfortable, clean, close to the beach, and easy to access. The hosts are so hospitable and extremely communicative. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will be back!
