The beachfront view was out of this world! The kitchen was very well stocked with all your cooking supplies, you just supply the food. The check in process was flawless and the correspondence with the owner was great. She was always ready to answer any question we had. We are looking forward to booking here again!! We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was great and had everything you could need in it. We loved the close access to the beach and will defiantly be staying here again!

The beach house was great. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the balcony each morning. The walk to the beach was easy to get to. The house is very spacious. The grandchildren loved that there was toys and games for them to play with. We liked that three of the rooms had their own balconies.

Great location and great house. Set up perfectly for a family beach vacation. Will be back again.

This is a beautiful property with a lot of space. Everything was well organized and clean. It was a very comfortable place.

It is hard to mess up a beach vacation. This house was very well thought out. The kitchen spilling into the living area was perfect for family time. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. There were even dehumidifiers for those that know that they keep the mold at bay. Any questions that arose were quickly answered by looking over the owners list. Our stay at The Tranquility was nothing short of amazing! This beautiful home was the ideal retreat for our family, featuring four spacious and comfortable bedrooms that were perfect for our kids. The kitchen was a chef's dream, fully equipped with everything we needed to whip up delicious meals together. Best of all, the beach was just steps away, making it incredibly convenient for our family outings. Everyone had an incredible trip! We appreciated the cleanliness, the kitchen and all the kitchen items, the rooms, large table for everyone to sit at and the space for everyone to come together. The location is perfect and we loved being able to just walk to the beach!

This beach rental was great! It was clean when we arrived and fully stocked with everything we needed. We had three families in the home and the home felt big and comfortable enough for everyone. We appreciated there were toys and board games for the kids. I loved the convenience of the walkway for the quick walk out to the beach. The host was also very responsive to my questions. It was nice and relaxing out on the balcony and plenty of seating. This place was exactly what I needed to celebrate my 40th birthday with my loved ones.. Thank you for hosting us!!

Location and size of property were great. The house is starting to show signs of general wear for its age. Stayed 4 nights and never left the property except to go to the beach which was a short walk over wood ramp from house to beach. The beach was not crowded except for Saturday. The house is pretty far from Surfside proper so I guess this was the reason there was so much seaweed. House is well stocked with just about anything you need for meal prep. Very limited supply of paper towels and toilet paper so you probably will want to bring extra. Cons: extremely aggressive mosquito activity on Wednesday and Thursday. They sprayed neighborhood on Friday and that night and Saturday were mosquito free but by Sunday morning they were back. Wednesday night shower revealed highly offensive sulfur smell to water. I contacted the owners and was told this was an ongoing issue and that the reverse osmosis filter system had been turned off. This lead to us going to the store and buying 10 gallons of water for drinking and cooking during our stay. They contact the city to flush the lines but nothing improved. I already had 3 boys (8,6 and 3) that refused to take further showers due to the odor and washed off with water hose the rest of the stay. Also no ice maker in a new refrigerator. We managed to have a good family vacation but it could have been great without all these unexpected events. Have stayed 3 summers in the Surfside area and never experienced anything like this.

This house is exactly as represented by the pictures. We’ve stayed at several houses at Surfside over the years and this is our favorite. Having the wonderful covered porch looking out at the beach and having the walkway to beach was a huge win. The house has every cooking utensil you could need and so well organized that you can find everything. The furniture in the den area was extremely comfortable. The host was very attentive.

Our family loved this sweet home on the beach. Kitchen Was stocked well, and they even provided beach toys and equipment. We loved the furnishings. We loved the location. Marci was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

The view of the ocean was amazing!! Walking to the beach was Soo easy with the bridge even with multiple kids and infants, it was close enough we didn't mind making multiple trips to get extra gear. The house itself was so clean and so nice. Very kid friendly. Had a closet of toys for kids all ages books games movies. There were step stools in the bathroom for kids to reach. Only problem is the water from the shower And sinks smell horrible. The owners are awesome and installed a reverse osmosis filter so the drinking water was fine. I'm sure any property in the area would have the same smelling water. Overall we would definitely want to book another stay here!
