Home on the Beach + 2 Kayaks and 2 Paddle Boards!

Pros: - Overall a fun property with convenient access to the beach with about a one minute walk from the front door to the sand. - Vehicular access to the beach is two streets over so no through traffic which is great. - The decks and Tikki Huts provided a great combination of sun & shade throughout the day with plenty of seating, tables and great Gulf views. - Key Pad access is very convenient and easy to use. - Fenced yard for pets is great and worry free. - Kitchen is well equipped Cons: - The listing is misleading noting four bedrooms and appears that way through the listing pics. This is a three bedroom property with an open living area upstairs adjacent to the master filled with multiple smaller beds along the walls. The Bathroom is not directly attached to the Master so privacy is limited with guests using the open sleeping area.

Property was good overall. Downstairs was a little disorganized but not a big deal. Location to the beach was great and the house was a little date but well cared for. Would stay there again.

Right on the beach. Close enough to drive golf cart everywhere. Management was very quick with any questions or issues. Beds were super comfortable, which is rare!

Such an amazing house and location. Our beach view and spacious deck made for relaxing and enjoyable weekend. We’ll be back!

Location and view was outstanding. Had everything we needed. Big yard for the dog and easy access to the beach. Liked that we could walk to a local restaurant while on the beach. Would recommend if you are wanting good views of the ocean.

Great property! The beach is just a few steps away, and all of the beach toys you could imagine are available. There has been a great deal of care and pride taken in the house, and my great-grandsons loved all of the stairs, the decks, and fenced in yard. I highly recommend this home.

2 adults and 4 teens. Very spacious outdoor area with great views. Steps away from nearby restaurant to eat and long walks on the beach. Lots of towels, spacious room to eat, hot tub area was good, but with a strange water smell. Was hoping to step out straight onto the beach and shore fish.I didn't expect the beachfront access to be fences off, cars parked along the dunes right in front of the outdoor area, and people steps away from the property. We had some very interesting people looking at us, while we're looking at them/the beach. The weather was aweful for fishing from shore, as it was high winds/tide all weekend. Nothing the owner can control, just our luck on weather and people.Communication with host was easy. I also applied for the VRBO credit card since it popped up in the app, got approved and virtual card was loaded into the VRBO app, but host could not charge for some reason, so didn't get the sign up bonus.We enjoyed the property and went crabbing.

Overall impression is that.. view is worth a million, had plenty of deck space to hangout. House has wear and tear from the salt and storms but overall it worked out pretty well. Very convenient for some night time surf fishing.

Wonderful Trip! House was great and we had plenty of room. Will book house again for next trip to Surfside.

This was our second year staying at this beach house and it never disappoints we have an amazing experience everytime we stay and we will definitely be booking this property again in the future!

Absolutely Amazing VRBO!! Directly on the beach with every thing you need for your vacation! Every detail was thought of in this rental! Very clean and very well stocked! Everything in this home worked perfectly! We had an amazing vacation with our family and will absolutely rent again! We loved that you could walk directly out to the beach!
