Cozy beach house gulf front with direct and visual access to the beach. This house has large patio deck. Sleeps 10 Comfortably. Two full bathrooms & half bath with outdoor shower. One bathroom with a shower the other with a tub. Good for couples trip, romantic getaway and families with children. brbr-We are pet friendly. We do ask that our furry friends please don't lounge on the furnitures and beds.brbr-There is no longer a pool as it has been covered for additional deck space. brbrbr-Surfside is known for fire ants. We have Action pest control scheduled on a bimonthly basis. brbrbr-There is one Ring floodlight surveillance camera with motion detection lights facing the driveway. It is located over the carport. It is recording both video and audio. We don’t monitor it. It is is there just in case for safety reasons. There are no other cameras inside our outside of the home. brbr-To assist us with preparing for the next guests, we ask that guests please wash and dry used towels prior to departing, if possible. This helps us with the turnaround during busy season. Most guests don't mind and do one load of laundry the morning of departure.brbr-We don’t provide shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. There will be plenty dish/hand soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper available. brbr-We don’t provide seasonings, salt and pepper, aluminum foil, paper towels or zip lock bags. Please bring your own. brbr-There are pots, pans, dinnerware and silverware and grilling tools available. I can provide photos upon request. brbr-There is a 12 cup Mr Coffee available as well as a Keurig. Please bring coffee and coffee accessories like sugar, cream etc. There is a blender and a toaster available as well as a plastic juice pitcher and cooler. brbr-There are two tv's with Direct TV. One in the master and the other in the living room. brbr-There is a charcoal grill on the deck. Guests at bring their own charcoal, lighter and fluid. We do have plenty grilling tools. I can provide a photo upon request.

This beach house has been in our famiy since the early 1970's, as children we spent almost every weekend and Summer here. We would comb the beach for shells and hermit crabs which is how the name Beachcomber was born. brbrWe occasionally rent our home to share it with other beach lovers and try to keep our prices affordable and your expectations realistic so that everyone is on the same page. brThis is not a new or fancy home - heating is provided by space heater and A/C is provided by window units. We provide excellent hi-speed internet and a designated office type area in case you have to check in with your office occasionally. brbrWe provide linens on the beds and a few bath towels but beach towels and extra bath towels are not included. We start you out with one roll of paper towels and tp, 3 trash bags, and some hand towels for the kitchen. You are welcome to use any additonal items in the house or leave extra that you brought with you for other guests to use. brWe just ask that you respect our home and keep it clean so that we can continue to share our home with you and others.brbrWe are in the perfect location because on one end of our street is the beach and at the other end is Kitty's Purple Cow. (We are in the middle of the block/street) We have a nice breeze and view of the ocean from our huge covered outside deck and the beach is only half a block (maybe 100 yards) away. It's a super close walk.brbrOur home can sleep four people and is great fit for a 2 person getaway weekend, grandparents taking their grand baby on a special trip to the beach, or small families with only one or two children. There is only one bedroom that is enclosed with a door, the other sleeping area in the open part of the house that has a privacy curtain so guests can change or privacy to sleep. Washer dryer combo is super small - we put it in for the long term renters that stay in the winter but you can only use for a few items at a time. br brSorry but we do not rent to anyone under 25 years old, are not available for proms, and/or any parties. As we said earlier - this is actually our vacation home that we use and enjoy. We don't want our neighbors disturbed so please keep noise in the evening to a minimum. We love to share our home with others, have met so many wonderful people, and made long lasting friendships with many of you.brbrIf you are looking for a small, comfortable, & affordable get away - we might be just what you're looking for.
