Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended. Our pool water gets HOT during the summer months, the only heater ON during the summer months is the good old SUN.br7. We provide a gas BBQ grill for your convenience and use. We charge $50/stay to clean the equipment on your departure. The $50 fee must be paid in advance for us to unlock the appliance.br8. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement and Subdivision Rules for you to complete, sign and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.br9. Please be advised that each of our vacation properties is equipped with a starter kit that contains various essentials, including hotel-quality soaps, shampoo, dishwashing soap, a new sponge, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and more. Once these supplies are depleted, we kindly ask that you visit the nearest supermarket to restock your necessities.br10. The owners of this property will NOT allow Spring Break activity on the premises.br11. Check-in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a lockbox by the entrance door. The lock box code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.br12. Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.br13. Service Animals are required to remain with the individual they assist at all times, without exception.brLeaving a Service Animal unattended on the premises is not permissible and will result in a penalty of $400.
